DON“T GO HERE.
Purchased quite a few items, twice within a couple weeks. Brought one item back for exchange was treated rudely in person and even worse over phone. 3 Day return Policy. Really? That isn’t realistic is it? Oh they are so sweet while you are in store buying but the mean sure comes out if something needs to be exchanged. Won’t ever shop here again.

I stopped by Jacklyn’s boutique this weekend and was so glad I did. The store was filled with beautiful on trend clothing and shoes! The two sales women were great not pushy and honest. The store is jam packed with items at different price points so there were lots of choices. I can’t wait to go back and see what new items they have for fall and winter.

For the first time I was shopping around Austin St and came across this beautiful boutique. I could not resist not going in after seeing my favorite brands in their window! I got a gorgeous New Years Eve dress and of course could not help myself to more of their wonderful collection. I usually go all the way to Manhatten to do my shopping but after finding this boutique i no longer have to go there to find the newest and hottest trends. The sales women were not pushy whatsoever, they were honest and helpful when it came to me finding the perfect outfit. Lets just say I will most definetly be going back!

Door-​to-​door boutique window shopping has find my travels at Jacklyn’s. This is a boutique not a department store, so why the hype of a mass department store which includes the ridiculously overprice, crammed aisles and messy racks that cluster the floor? One season behind Nine West brand name is sold here as well as Victoria Secret clothing. This is Forest Hills, a residential area as it should not have to geared to a commercial setting.
Agree with previous Unilocalers, excessively overpriced indeed and abrasively rude customer service. I was invisible at first light and then lashed at by rebuke snide mouths!

Great merchandise — wide range of designers and unique pieces you would not find in department stores.
Excellent customer service — women who work there are so nice, they help you put together an outfit for any occasion and will order almost anything for you if they are out of stock or carry the designer and you saw it somewhere else!
Great Price! — I completely disagree with the reviews regarding price, Jacklyns offers quality clothing for all price ranges. I find that overall the prices are competitive with department stores and Jacklyns offers more sales and discounts on any given occasion.

Very cute local boutique, fantastic tops, they carry Ramy Brook, Paige, Joe, Parker etc. Ladies are highly skilled to dress you toe to bottom for any occasion, and I love how they matching a jewelry with your outfit! Whatever I wear from Jacklin’s I’m always getting a lot of compliments!

BUYER BEWARE!!! Over retail value priced clothing.
I live nearby so I strolled in yesturday and honestly I always feel like the sales clerks really don’t care, see I noticed they have repeat customers and they are very friendly with them or a new customer if you buy something. Anyway, I felt I should buy something after I tried on a few dresses, so i opted for a cute top, well am I the idiot, yes. When I got home i went online to see other styles only to find out the shirt was an extra $ 20 over retail value so I crossed referenced a few pieces all the same they were all over by $ 20 or $ 30 dollars, I could believe it !!!
I was such an idiot, don’t be like me, don’t shop here!!!

I stopped by today to check out what Rhonda had in stock– she’s the super sales associate at Jacklyn’s, who hooked me up with my dress, skirt and tank tops the last time I shopped there.
I tried on a bunch of dresses and tops and most weren’t quite right for me but I did score a cute striped dolman sleeve top to wear with jeans or skirts– thanks, Rhonda!
