This is my go to shop to do all of my repairs and maintenance for my 3 cars. Been going for over 10 years and they have great service, fair prices and do more than just tires and oil changes.
I have a 15 year old Lexus ES 300 with a problem check engine light. They went through and replaced the sensors and wire harness but no luck– the light came back. Took it to an electrical shop but still not solved. After countless hours of digging, they finally took it to the Lexus dealer for diagnosis. Lexus fixed a small wiring issue and when the mechanic drove back to Foothill Ranch, the light came on AGAIN! They took it back to Lexus and Lexus said the only thing left is the computer. Lexus would charge about $ 2,300. My USA Express team suggested getting an aftermarket unit and have it installed at an electrical shop for about $ 600. Finished the work, drove back to Foothill Ranch and the check engine light came back on. They contacted me and told me they are not sure they can fix it since even Lexus cannot get it right. I said I understand and went to pick up– thinking even though the car was not repaired they have invested over $ 600 to diagnose and I would be liable for something. At the counter, I spoke to a great technician named Chris. When I asked Chris what do I owe, he said «How can you owe anything– we couldn’t repair your car!». I said I understand that logic, but have not always been treated this way in the past (and in fact after researching legal docs they could probably still charge me since they made every effort to repair).
This is why I go to Goodyear/​USA Express in Foothill Ranch– these guys are AWESOME. Even though I am still in a pickle with my car, I know I can trust these guys every time! Robertino is the one who really tried everything to get it repaired and I also want to thank Store Manager Rod for running such a top notch business! Kudos gentlemen and I will be back as always.

Great service from Rod Fuehring, brought in coupon which was honored with no problems. Brought 4 new tires. Love the convenience of this place, can get my Walmart shopping done.

Oh my… I have been coming here for over 15 years and never have had an experience as the one today… the guy wouldn’t check my tires for any obvious leak… i.e. a nail? Wanted me to leave the vehicle, come back in the morning or Saturday… what happened to the in and out check, plug and off you go for 5 bucks… The guys told me to go to Big-O…I should have listened :-(Ciao

Blinded by surface customer service! I came in for an oil change and they graciously accepted a Goodyear coupon I received from an Aliso location. All of the employees are friendly and make you feel welcome. I thought I had found my go-​to Auto shop. They came back with post inspection info and told me that my transmission oil was Black as black can be and that it needed to be changed immediately. Keep in mind my car is a year’09 with less than 65,000 miles on it. I strongly took it into consideration as I want the best for my car at the appropriate cost but wanted to seek the assistance of a friend who worked as a tech for a car dealership. My friend and I got to see first hand and compare the fluid on my stick to the fluid from a brand new bottle of transmission fluid I bought from a parts store and they were the same clean color! Maybe USA tire got the wrong dip stick? Had I accepted their suggestion, I would’ve been out $ 200 for a transmission flush that my car honestly doesn’t need at the moment. PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Sometimes it’s good to get a second opinion. #customerlost

This is the only place I trust to take care of our vehicles, I don’t bother going to the dealerships anymore who are always trying to up-​sell you on as much as they can.
Mark and Austin are awesome, they know their stuff and show a concerted effort to accommodate their customers in a timely manner, providing honest evaluations and opinions on the services your vehicle requires. Really top notch — these guys are the best!

I’ll be very specific in that the only services I’ve received from this Goodyear location have been tire replacement and repair (was fortunate to have a large screw embedded into a brand new tire). All 3 to 4 times I’ve been in, I’ve been impressed with the service, and left content. That’s due in part to the prices, which are the best I’ve found so far, and you get an additional discount if you work for an employer in the area. Also, the gentlemen have been very honest and courteous so far.

Nice staff but was told it’d be ready around 4pm. I waited 2.5 hours until 6:30 get my car back: cheaper options at Walmart in same parking lot.

Family and I have been going here for years. Austin and Mark are always helpful when it comes to services our vehicles.
It bums me out to see other Unilocal reviews stating they are «scam artists» when on multiple occasions I have taken my car in to have it checked out and they told me it wasn’t anything to worry about and I left without paying a dime. A scam artist would have told me there was something wrong and charge me for it. Which they did not
We have two BMW’s, which means parts are not cheap, and they always find a way to help up keep costs low. I trust this shop and all the employees to take care of me and my vehicle when I need their help.
Oil changes, tire replacements, headlight replacements, rim/​tire purchasing advice. They do it the best.

I went here on a Saturday for an oil change with a previously scheduled appt and was greeted by the cutest great dane puppy ever! Everyone was super friendly and I was seen on time, I walked across the way to Walmart while my car was being worked on and then before I knew it my car was ready. I had printed a coupon online and when I went to pay and presented the coupon (I think it was Austin) said we have a better coupon that went out in the mail and applied that for me. I will definitely be going there from now on!

I was a loyal customer for many years. First incident, they sold me 2 tires that did not match the other tires. When those wore out early, they tried to sell me 2 new tires but they were the cause of that problem. Then, years later and without my knowledge, they sold me a set of 4 tires that were the wrong rated tires for my vehicle. At the point when those tires were wearing bad and needed to be replaced, USA Express refused to stand by the warranty and told me that I was «aware» of the wrong rated tire. Really? Why would I make such a decision to void my 50k mile warranty? I did not and will never return to USA Express again nor recommend them to anyone. Ignore all their coupons, deals and go elsewhere.

Five golden, sparkling stars for Goodyear Foothill Ranch. These guys are the definition of customer service. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else after my experience here this week. I’m not kidding, even if I end up working outside Lake Forest I will drive my car here for any future service needs.
I stopped by their shop this past Sunday after my problem tire once again set off my pressure gauge. Mark said they were extremely busy, but could fit me in the next day. He kindly filled my low tire and sent me on my way.
Monday I brought my car back and was attended to by Mark and Todd, both extremely accommodating. Mark even took me back to my workplace in his personal vehicle and picked me up when my tire had been fixed. WHAT?! Seriously, these guys are bomb.
Not only that, but if you know me, I LOVE DOGS. Like, if I could snort dogs, I would snort dogs. That’s how much I love them. And this shop has the most gorgeous Great Dane, Hank, that hangs out in the lobby. #winning

Recently got a flat on a brand new car. I bought the car late Saturday and did not drive it much on the weekend. On Monday I drove it to work and as I pulled in I notice a flat. I called Honda Road side service. They came out within 30 minutes. He put my spare on and took a look at the tire and could not see where the flat was. He question why it was flat and told me it looks like a bad tire. I then called Goodyear corporate office for a warranty replacement on a flat tire. They recommended this shop, because it was close to me. At this point, I should have done the smart thing and gone somewhere else. I had previously heard bad things about them from some coworkers. I figure they are really close by and why not.
When I got there, the lady out front came out to look at my tire. I took the tire out of the trunk and we looked at it. We could not find a nail or anything on the tire. So we looked at the side of the tire and found a puncture on the side wall. I asked if this was under warranty and she reply that it was not. She said you have a blow out. The cause could be a nail or something else. I asked if it was a defective tire. Possible, but she said it was not covered under warranty. What? She did not even try to talk to Good Year corporate office. They did not have the tire in stock, so I went back to work and to look at my options.
That evening I called the Honda dealer and they asked me to bring it in. They would look at it and give me a discount on the tire and service. After looking at the the tire they told me I had a blow out. Most likely it was defective tire. He recommended that I call Goodyear Corporate to get a refund. After explaining for some time what happen, I got my refund. At first they wanted to give me half of the money I spent on the tire. I refused and emailed them the bill from Honda. On it says blow out. I finally got my money. I told the rep at Goodyear the problems I had at the shop. Maybe they should look into it. They told me, it was not there department. Nice.
If the lady at USA Express Tire is not qualified to analyse a blown tire she should send someone else to look at it. I guess it was easier to call it a non warranty then to have to deal with Goodyear warranty department. That and the fact they make more money if they sell me a new tire.
During this whole process of working with this lady she, at USA Express Tire and Service, made me feel like she was doing me a favor. This lady was rude and unprofessional. Recommend staying away from Goodyear and this shop. I had to make around 15 calls and emails to get this resolved. This is a new car, with new tires! With a blow out on the side of the tire! This should of been immediately warranty no questions asked. I understand that things happen, but I was looking for badyear to honor there warranty. USA Express tire represents badyear and this is why I will not come here or buy badyear/​goodyear tires again.

Follow-​up to prior review. I had voiced my issues to Austin the store manager based on the prior Unilocal review and informed him I would be filing a complaint with the State of CA Bureau of Automotive Repair based on the issue of the bill being higher than verbally quoted and his failure to address the issue.
Turn to weeks later, the check engine light had been coming back on intermittently, and I took it back to the shop. Mark, the service manager was wonderful and responsive to take another look at the issue and test drove it post resetting the light to ensure the diagnosis was correct. However, Mark informed me that per Austin, the store manager, my business was no longer welcome at the shop after fling the complaint with the State of CA Bureau of Automotive Repair. I was informed to find another repair shop after filing a complaint with the state regulatory body.
I went back in just today to discuss this refusal for service with Austin the store manager and asked why they refuse to serve customers who complained, and he just stated he thought it was best. When I asked for his boss to contact, he said his family owns the store. What a terrible way to treat customers from an apparently family owned business.
Customer beware that complaints are handled with an iron fist at this shop.

SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE!
I went to this location last Saturday for a oil change. I had received a free coupon in the mail. They called me before finishing the car to inform me that i was in dire need of an entirely new brake system. Claiming I had a massive brake fluid leak, needed new brake pads, rotors, and drums. The final estimate $ 1352! When i informed them that i would like to take it to my own mechanic to get a second look, i received attitude from the employee as if i had no business going anywhere else. They implied i needed this work ASAP and that they were shocked i did not notice any brake failure yet.
I just received new rotors less than 2 years ago, so already I was wary about their information.
This morning i took my car to my mechanic, only to find out there is NOTHING wrong with my brakes at all! i don’t even need new brake pads for another 6 months or so! My mechanic informed me that everything was in spic and span shape and that there was no safety concern whatsoever.
I can only imagine if someone took Goodyear at their word and spent thousands of dollars on work that is not even needed! Never again will this location ever get my business.

They may be experienced at some things… but not all! They did a diagnosis on what was wrong with my truck but two other mechanics told me it was something entirely different… which turned out to be true! I almost had them do something that wasn’t even wrong.

USA Express Tire & Service (Goodyear) is conveniently located in the Foothill Ranch Town Center in the same parking lot as the Super Walmart across from the local In-​N-​Out Burger.
Unlike many of the other reviewers on here, I have been here a few times and although I find the check-​in process on the slower end, I have never felt as if I were being upsold on anything. Both times that I’ve checked in I got the service that I had requested and nothing more (or less from what I can tell). I appreciate the friendly service and will definitely be back in the future for our cars needs.
