I usually don’t review but today’s experience makes me write this review and I won’t come back even I am hungry and no where to eat!
The worker or iDK probably the owner took my order through the phone and I know that I bought with coupon but he didn’t need to be ignorance and rude! The order that I got was not the way I want it. I said it clearly that I want it caramelized and extra sauce that option are listed on the online order so I wasn’t wrong if I asked for that. And I didn’t get a cup for the drink that I already paid of course I asked and what did he asher me «I AM WORKING ON IT!». I definitely never come back again.

I could have found many other ways to feed my family of 3 for $ 36.00. The food was greasy and disgusting. The tables were dirty. The staff… tried to be friendly? I will not be dining here again, we all felt pretty gross and unfulfilled after lunch.

It is a Sunday afternoon why don’t they have more than one cook? I’ve been here for an hour and we still have not t gotten our food. It’s definitely not fast food. I really love this place and the food used to be really good but they shouldn’t say they are a fast food restaurant if they’re going to take an hour to serve and we came with a big group and they didn’t let us move the tables which is a first for us. This place is only good for four peo le or less not for big groups and we all ordered separate tabs so they he no excuse. Please add more servers for Sunday’s

I love the food here always fresh and great healthy options but they’re always so behind. The staff is nice but they need to hire more people. Tonight I called in an order and they said 20 mins when I got here they told me another 10… He said they were really behind. It’s a weekend and you’re always behind… Hire more people! They are literally turning people away because of how behind they are. If you call in an order, call to make sure it’s ready before you leave to get it because it probably won’t be ready unfortunately.

I love pick up stix. I just came to pick up take out 20 minutes before they close and their employees couldn’t be more gracious or kind. I’m excited for my plate of pad Thai, some dumplings and chow mein for Juan. After a long day of work it’s lovely to have someone else do the cooking, the food is fresh and delicious here.

Been to this pick up stix before and i have always ordered the family value pack with one chicken entrée and one shrimp entrée and i have never encountered a problem before, but today the manager (short dark hispanic guy) wanted to make it an isuue. I understand theres rules to follow at every job but he was super rude about it. Never coming back here again. The one in san bernardino is way better!

Really awful experience. We ordered the food at 215 and it was brought to our table at 3pm! This is fast food! Not! The girl at the register told us they were out of terrible chicken, but they were never out. The manager said oh yeah/​we have it! But wouldn’t switch out of the other orders … This was right after we ordered… Will not come back here. Need to Get this place in order.

Good food and friendly staff but slow servue so I only gave them 4 stars. The fried dumplngs are tasty. I like their twist on orange chicken. It has chilis orange slices and water chestnuts. taste pretty good.

The place looked a bit dirty, ie. dirty tables and floors. The food is good if you are looking for a fast food Chinese restaurant. A bit expensive for fast food but I signed up for text message coupons which makes it worth eating there. Without the coupons, I probably wouldn’t eat there much. You can sign up inside the restaurant.

Very oily chow mein with absolutely no veggies in my chow mein. Fire chicken was bland. How is this place in business? Will never return or recommend this place to my family residing in the 909. There’s nothing special here folks, move along and spare your taste buds from the salty disappointment.

Visited restaurant for the first time on Sunday evening. Overall my experience was ok. The food was better than the typical Asian restaurants but the wait & cost wasn’t as good. We waited for our order for about 20 minutes. There were only 2 tables taken so I’m not sure why it took so long to get our meal. The employees were friendly and apologetic about the wait but overall I doubt I’ll return.

I love Pick Up Stix. I enjoy Chinese food, but it often makes me feel sick, not here. The food is always warm, yummy, and the staff is always friendly.
5÷7÷14 I ordered to-​go over the phone, when I got there I realized that I had forgotten to ask for white rice. The manager gave me some, on the house. Although I cannot recall his name, he was a young white man. He was very friendly and gave me extra fortune cookies, like I asked. And the employee who was helping me (she had a nose piercing), often does and she’s just as friendly. I always go here for my Chinese food needs.

I met a friend here who phoned in his order. On the phone they told him it will be about 15 minutes, when he got there it was about 15 minutes after his call, they told him it will be just one more minute. He didn’t order anything special just the bourbon chicken with no sauce and brown rice. We waited 10 more minutes then when he approached the counter to find out what happened they said they just accidently gave his food to someone who just ordered food. (Hope they didn’t want sauce), and we waited almost another 15 minutes. When he finally got his food all the lady could say was sorry, no rebate on his order or nothing.
The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of just 1 was because the food (when we finally got it) was descent.

It is fast food, Americanized janky goodness I’m guilty to say I kinda like. It is like Pei Wei PF Changs like in the food. After a long drive from Vegas seeing this is across the street was welcomed.
I got a tofu house special with brown rice and rangoons. Rangoons were standard and decent. Tofu is done up crispy and went well with the house special sauce. I really liked the texture of my tofu. My travel buddy, Angela H. had a shrimp curry that was chalk full of veggies with it and was pretty decent actually.
Not much to say, it’s fast and satisfying specially if you like crispy tofu like me! Overall though I like to get pickup in this area for China One though.
