Went to this place for the first time and what a joke The sandwiches were small and had hardly any meat on them for the high price they charge for there sandwiches I highly recommend going somewhere else Even Togos blows this place away Very disappointed won’t be coming back to this joint They dont even honor there promotions and people drive down there to be turned away pissed off management needs to take a hard look at what there doing and quit ripping people off and give them what they pay for a change not a sandwich with hardly anything on it With a horrible high price !!! You could easily rack up a bill for over 60 dollars with just a few sandwiches unbelievable

Fast, simple and amazing veggie subs. The avocado spread is what keeps me coming back for more. I like that they deliver to you even if it is just one sub sandwich.

We had been to other locations and the service was great, our sandwich were excellent!!! Today we bought a Roast Beef, our sandwich turned to being a tomato sandwich there was a thin slice of Roast beef only in the middle both ends had tomatoes and lettuce only !!! Preety pissed, upset and disappointed. My BF let one of the employee know regarding joke of a sandwich :(. Most employees have no commen sense any more, nor good customer service. There’s only a handful of half brain staff employees in certain establishments. Bad service, we never go back when we have bad experiences. My review is bad sandwich makers, Jersey Mike’s is my number one choice they are bad ass MF when it comes to sandwich. Thanks you for convincing us… peace

Kind of disappointed in this location particularly. Came here today for the $ 1 dollar sub and they decided not to participate. Seriously? Its customer appreciation day and you decide not to participate? Kind of rude but it is what it is. Decided not to spend money at this location and went elsewhere.

Very disappointed with this location. I was on my lunch break and decided to go here because they had a promotion for customer appreciation day. Then to my disappointment they said that they don’t honor it here… even tho it was a nationwide promotion. They could’ve suggested other deals but yet was rude about it. It was a waste of my time and lunch break. I wouldn’t give it a star but I had to in order to move on

I just had a great experience here! Came in with my husband and we were greeted with big smiles by Lisa and Tori. They were so sweet from the moment we stepped in. Right when we decided what sandwiches we want, they immediately started to work on them. Our order was ready in 2 minutes, prepared just right! Thank you ladies for a great customer service experience and the friendly smiles! :)

I have been to Jimmy Johns a few times. The first time was for there grand opening where there sandwiches were 1 dollar. That was a while back. Update: On Saturday, March 26th, 2016 Jimmy Johns came out to a community Easter event at Jessie Turner and giving out free sample size sandwiches. They were made fresh and tasted great! The staff was friendly and helpful during the event.

We had friends over for the Super Bowl, wanted something other then Pizza. I ordered online the night before and scheduled it for pic-up. We decided to go with the Sandwich Combo Platter, Great tasting sandwiches, glad we went to Jimmy Johns.

Jersey mikes still blows this place out of the water! I ordered a beach club and asked for cheese on the side but was told I couldn’t get cheese in the side. I asked for vinegar on the side and was told I couldn’t get that in the side either. What the hell can u get on the side? I didn’t want my sandwich to get soggy That’s why I asked for vinegar on the side. The sandwich is not worth the money it costs! I wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes down for lack of business and quality of food.

They are fast and a much better option than Subway. If you need something to hit the spot and don’t have any time to fiddle around waiting in line, hit Jimmy Johns. They have a good selection of cold sandwiches all will be ready by the time you finish at the soft drink machine! The down side,… No hot subs. Jersey Mikes still has my vote as the best sub sandwich chain in Southern California because they have Hot Philly steak and Cheese and the infamous Big Kahuna. Still, Jimmy Johns serves good subs real fast! 4 stars, it takes hot subs done well to get 5 stars

3.5 rounded up We came on customer appreciation day so selected subs were only $ 1 and I think they didn’t charge tax. When we got there, it wasn’t too busy, but as we left it was packed. They had a good system for ordering, paying, and pickup. The whole process took 5 mins max. I ordered the roast beef. It’s good and really fresh and you can taste the quality. I don’t like that you can’t customize or toast your sandwich though because I’m extremely picky and I like my food hot. On a regular business day, their sandwiches are around $ 6 which is really pricey. If it weren’t for customer appreciation day, I wouldn’t have tried it. Lower your prices and I’ll come back.

1st time here and I was NOT impressed with this franchised cold sub shop. Overpriced ‘minimal’ subs, minimal meat, minimal lettuce, minimal tomatoes, extra charge for pickle and cheese. BUT my biggest problem was the cashier who alternated between mopping the floor and cashiering including handling customers drinking cups WITHOUTWASHINGHERHANDS… you would have thought one of the other five employees would have caught this but no one said anything to her. maybe it’s no big deal to them but it is to me… I will never go back… sorry Subway I will not betray you again. lol

Since the first day I tried this place I was impressed by the staff, the speed of service and the amount of stuff they put on a sandwich and the quality is really good. And I really like that they have a lettuce wrap option and sprouts cause it makes for a healthier heartier veggie option. On top of all that loveliness the staff is super cool and extremely fast. They make things like lightning fast ha. And every time I walk in I am greater promptly and always thanked on my way out. To the management! Put a tip jar out for your hardworking employees.

So I come home one day to find a tag from jimmy johns on my front door(and a personalized post it on the tag saying«nice door!» Lol) — I decided to call them today to place an order for delivery. Went online and placed an order which was extremely easy. Website was very user friendly on my iPhone. Website also lets you add tip when you checkout which is great since I never have cash on me. Got a beach club with lettuce wrap(shredding for the wedding :-() and for $ 9(delivery price. store prices are cheaper) I was expecting this thing to be delicious. They advertise fast, and holy crap they were fast. Literally 15 minutes after I placed my order, my doorbell rang and a nice guy hands me a receipt with my specified tip already printed on for me to sign. He hands me my bag and I now have my sandwich in hand. Seriously. 15 minutes. There are stickers on my sandwich that appropriately say«freaky fast delivery» which is spot on. I couldn’t believe it. The sandwich itself is nicely portioned and delicious. You can tell that the meat and all ingredients used are of decent quality. I inhaled my sandwich and forgot to take a picture! My fiancé has been in the store and says they really are fast(and friendly!)…he says after ordering in line before he finished paying, his sandwich was made and ready. 10⁄10 we recommend!

The first time I tried Jimmy John’s on the West Coast, I was at a Unilocal 10 Party last year in SF. They were just half-sized plain ham and cheese rolls, but were probably the best things I had that night. Fast forward a few months later, when I looked for a JJ’s on Unilocal and found a newly opened one right off of the I-15. The place looked clean and inviting and I ordered one of their subs. Though their«freaky fast» motto applies to delivery, I was also expecting a somewhat fast preparation of their food, which is not what happened. While it was interesting to read the quotes and fun facts on their walls, a cold sandwich took a while for them to make. The sub itself was underwhelming; the ingredients didn’t quite seem to match up as expected. Somehow I’ve tried to justify my experience by the business being relatively new, but for now I’d say that sticking with a plain sandwich might be better for your dollar than putting all the fixings in.

We just started eating here this weekend… and it’s the third time we order!!! So here’s my new Hierarchy on chain sub restaurants: #1. jimmy John’s #2. togo’s #3. jersey Mike’s #4. Quiznos #5. subway Sorry Togo’s, you’ve been dethroned. Let’s talk the 3 categories that earn a place 5 stars. — Price… These aren’t the cheapest sandwiches. You won’t find a $ 5 footlong. actually you won’t find any foot longs, because the sandwiches are 8″(2⁄3 foot longs doesn’t quite roll off the tongue). But the quality is worth the price. Which leads us to our next category. –Taste…I’m a bread guy! This doesn’t mean I’m made out of bread, although my wife may argue that most of my belly is a result of eating some kind of bread. Jimmy John’s Bread is delicious. They have 2 kinds. A French and a 7 grain. The ingredients are fresh. Someone coming in from Subway may complain about the lack of ingredient choices… but the truth is that Jimmy John uses the right ingredients to make a perfect sandwich. finally Service– the longest wait here is having to wait for the person in front of you to make up their mind when ordering. After you order, you will get your sandwich ridiculously fast. This last time I went I timed it… just for scientific purposes. There was 1 customer ahead of me, and I ordered 4 sandwiches. I started my timer seconds after getting my credit card back, after having paid. Two minutes and forty two seconds later, I had a bag with 4 sandwiches in my hand. That’s 4 sandwiches in less than 3 minutes. That’s faster than a Mc Donald’s drive thru. Did I mention that they deliver!!! It’s limited to about a 3 mile radius, but still nice when you’re too lazy to drive 2 miles.(don’t look at me like that. we’ve all been there.) I don’t think I need to tell you to try this place out, but I will. TRYTHISPLACE!!!
