Bought a truck here on 2÷20÷16. Samuel showed me what they had. Lot’s of nice trucks on the lot. We discussed the price and financing. The whole deal went pretty smooth.
So far the truck has been great.

David from the start was very helpful… he knew what we wanted and he made every effort to help us find the right truck…
As crazy as the parking situation was over there, with all the product they pick up from the auction, yes it is auctioned vehicles, from DOD to possibly govt seizures… David was able to maneuver all the vehicles they have so that we could see the vehicle we showed interest in…
David was very helpful and patient with us, and yes we were there from 1000 — 9pm! We eventually got the truck, but without your normal dealer drama!!!
With that being said, if you ever come to this place, look for David!

When it comes down to it, read the fine prints when you’re about to sign the contract, don’t be too eager to sign… read all the numbers and make sure it makes sense to you!!! Or you’ll get gotten!

This is literally the worst car dealer you can go to. If you are thinking about buying here I strongly recommend you punch yourself in the face until you realize how horrible this place is. They will try to bend you over and continue to lie to you about how good of a deal you are getting. I can’t stress to you enough that this dealer is no good.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!!!
I purchased a truck 1÷15÷16 started to leak oil the very next day. I called the service department to take it in. Once they had my truck they never contacted me I had to call them to see when I could get my truck. Once I did get it back it was worst. I was on the freeway when the truck shut off on me and it made a terrible noise. Spoke to my sales man (Manny) he said «I can’t do nothing for you» Couldn’t get it to start, I called the next morning at 9am (Jose) the service manager wouldn’t return calls. My truck still hasn’t been picked up by the tow truck and they are trying to avoid giving me a replacement car. IF you want to be LIED to and AVOIDED when you have a problems this is the perfect dealer for you!

Want to know an interesting business model?
Sell trucks that have voided warranties for 1 reason or another. Then, lift them and tell the customer the only reason the manufacturers warranty is voided is the lift on the truck.

Con Artists! These guys lied to me! twice!
First my trade in. My car was worth about $ 4−5K according to KBB. They only offered me $ 2k saying my car is worthless because it has too many miles and it was going straight to auction. They even said they will loose money on the trade in. Then a week later i see it advertised on their website for $ 7k!
Second the car purchase. I got a decent deal on the car i must admit, however they charged me $ 700 for an alarm system that i NEVER got! I called to get a refund and they said they will look into it. I kept getting the run around and of course i never got a refund or an alarm system.
Shady dealership. It is a shame because i could have given these guys a lot of business.

Went to see Ramon for a 2014 Explorer Sport. He worked with me over the phone to lock down the price before coming in. This made the process so much smoother while there. No haggling, no back and forth, exactly what we had discussed. Entire staff at dealer was helpful and friendly. If you want a non pressure sales environment and honesty upfront, go see Ramon!

We came to this dealership last week just to browse my husbands coworker bought his truck here. They have a huge selection. We wanted a diesel 4×4 shortbed we weren’t sure which manufacturer anyhow we walked onto the lot we were greeted by Fredy Martinez. He was very understanding that we were certain yet on what or when we would purchase he still gave us amazing customer service he answered all our questions. We spent some time browsing then we went home. We came back today knowing now what manufacturer we wanted we drove around a few just to compare just in case lol. Fredy was very patient with use still answering all our questions. We had a budget we needed to stay within. We ended up purchasing a 2012 Dodge SLT Crew Cab. We are very happy as we needed to trade in our vehicle and were a little worried about that. My husband and son are very happy with this truck. Thank you Fredy

I looked around everywhere, dealerships, CarMax, and Craigslist. These guys we’re straight up and quick. Find the vehicle u want online and negotiate from there. I wish I knew the names of the guys that assisted me especially the first salesman which was awesome. Great experience thru and thru and I’ve bought many vehicles.

Yo got hooked up with a great deal for a basically new truck here at pacific! My boys David Ramirez, William Valenzuela, and Moses are the best in the west! nothing but the best at pacific even got a full tank!

Rudest sales team that I have ever seen. I know car salesmen have the typical stereotype but this place doesn’t even compare to that. They will hound you after setting a foot on their lot. Then when I told the sales guy I just wanted to look he actually cussed at me and told me to leave. So leave I will and I suggest you do the same thing. I will never be back to this dump.

My first time buying a car and after looking around for over a month I came across a car I was interested in. Called the Dealership to confirm car availability and schedule an appointment with David Ramirez; arrived a bit late, but they were very friendly and accommodating to us. David Ramirez was great and knowledgeable with the car in addition to the whole car buying process. Test drive was better than others i have been on, he allowed me the option to test drive on the freeway. David helped us come to an agreement — when I had doubts, they insisted on me to test drive again to make sure I was happy with the car. Car buying is a long process, but having David R. and his team walk us through the process in addition to provide different options made me satisfied with my purchase. Over all I am glad I found the car I wanted and a great sales rep (David Ramirez) with a dealership that is in the business of being clear and transparent.

So I purchased a truck from here and everything was good. Sam the sales guy was great to work with and was very helpful. They have a huge selection of cars and trucks. My only issue is that after working the deal I get a phone call days later saying my payoff is higher than what they had and I need to pay them the difference. I know ultimately I am responsible for the pay off but I was never asked to provide an exact payoff amount by anyone there through the entire process and would have gotten it. I’ve never had to provide a payoff to a dealership before. Ended up paying the difference of a couple hundred dollars but they were not willing to work with me or split the difference… if you buy here save your self the headache and get that information before hand.

Absolutely terrible! First, I submitted an online finance application to see if I could approved for a truck before even starting negotiations. The sales rep, Jose, called me and said I was approved for $ 41k. I was thinking Great! Then, My trade in, they would only give me $ 27k for when other dealerships have already offered more for it. Then, the truck I wanted was going for $ 35k, both KBB, Edmunds, and Auto Trader said this was way above fair market price and the price at which other bought similar trucks for. They were unwilling to negotiate the price. Finally, I get a call from Jose’s «Boss» who tells me I’m not approved for a loan. I’m like «Excuse me» because Jose told me on multiple occasions over the past three days of discussion that I was approved.
Pros:
They do seem to have the biggest selection of large trucks (2550 – 3500’s)
Cons:
Absolute lies. I would trust anything they say. In fact, I’d be cautious as to whether or not those vehicles are reliable.

This place is horrible!!! Would NEVER in my life ever go back there or recommend any one go there.
Like some one else has said, if I could give this place a negative I would .
My husband & I went in to get a car they had let’s say for approximately $ 9,000.
We had $ 3,500. To put down & they wouldn’t even talk to us, told us they wouldn’t even work with us if we had $ 6,000.
Got our stuff & went down the street to Kia & got a brand new car instead .
If you have bad or no credit, I highly recommend you go to Kia

quiero darle las gracias a pacific auto center porque fui aplicar, cuando en el diler de quality one auto en anaheim ya me avian aprovado una financiera, y les lleve mi aprivacion porque los de pac tienen mas variedad de trucks, me dijeron que al dia siguiente lo ivan a revisar porque ya estaban por cerrar pero nunca me regresaron las llamadas, yo llame para buscar el vendedor y nunca me lo pasaron y hable con disque un manager y le explique lo que paso y me dijo que iva a revisar mi caso y nunca me regreso la llama. pero quiero darle las gracias a ellos porque no me regresaron la llamada, realmente queria comprar la camioneta diesel que tanto anehelaba. me espere un mes y fui a ford de upland, y me dieron 0% de financiamiento, compramos mi esposo y yo la 2015 f350 platinum con tan solo 5 millas. ahora estoy profundamente agradecida porque estoy super feliz de haber hecho un gran trato con ford of upland.

WATCH OUT… This dealership is the quintessential snakepit. More grease than a New Jersey hairdo. Don’t believe the gleaming reviews. It’s usually a sales slug doing the writing to jack up the ratings and pin medals on himself. Instead, take a look at their rating with the Better Business Bureau. It’s an F.
They tried to sell me a vehicle with a bad wheel hub that was grinding. Sales slug Cortez told me it was just tire noise, but i knew better. When i insisted that it be repaired, the sales manager said i was getting a good price and should just fix it myself. I didn’t budge
While signing the contract, i noticed the way bill said no additional work promised, even though i fought with them over the wheel hub. The sales manager was not happy about having to change that. They also promised to find the face plate for the stereo but never delivered.
As it turns out, they sold me a vehicle with no title! They blamed the auction house, but what business do they have selling a vehicle without the title? And worse: I had to wait nearly 3 months for a replacement, so it sat unregistered. And forget a return phone call when dealing with their office slugs. They never call you back. I will never, ever deal with this oil slick again.
DON’T BELIEVE THEIR ADS. DON’T FALL FOR THE PICS OF SHINY TRUCKS AND CARS. IT’S A CON JOB. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CREEPS!

Detestable people. Sales manager ‘Eduardo’ is one of those used car salesman stereotypes. Full of all the oldest used car dealer scumbag tricks in the book. «We can’t lower the price, there’s a lot of interest in the car.» BS, the car was covered in dust when I came to see it. Nobody is looking at it. «We can’t go any lower, we don’t make that much on the car.» BS, if they buy their cars at auction and resell them for a tiny profit margin? What kind of stupid business model is that… moreover, how stupid does he think I am? The sales people are attentive and generally acceptable, but the sales people get a flat fee and can’t negotiate price. The management is unforgivably bad. Don’t buy here.
Oh, and this is the very first car dealer I have ever been at where there was an active picket line at the front of the property telling would-​be customers to turn around and go home. I should have payed more attention to the signs and not wasted my time.
