Jump Around

It was okay. My younger kids enjoyed it, but the older was said it was ok. It was empty on Thursday, only four other kids were there. They have a snack bar inside, but we didn’t get anything from it. Nothing special. Staff was nice and friendly.

I love this place. It’s a good place for your boys to do flips and play dodgeball. Parents of little kids… It’s your responsibility to watch your little ones, if they’re in diapers, they shouldn’t even be out there, take them to inflatable bounce houses. These are trampolines people. Diapers are gross anyways, they could leak. Dodgeball is so fun there, if your kids can’t handle it, then maybe get out or don’t sit there with your girlfriends in a circle in the actual court, duh! If everyone would get a brain and stop crying and complaining about the snack bar and manager and what not, then they would see that it beats out all the other places. I have been bringing lots of kids here since it opened and they all love it. You can’t beat the location and parking either. People are always looking to get something free by complaining. I’m not affiliated in anyway with this place, I just hate to read people’s ignorant complaints about a good place:)

I was really skeptical about trying this place out based on the mixed reviews. However i must say I rather enjoyed my time here a lot more than skyzone and so did my kids.
This park has a lot more open space than skyzone has to offer by leaps and bounds. It doesn’t seem to get to packed either. We went on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of personal jumping space and everything was open to play. Dodge ball basketball foam pit and rope swing.
I didn’t notice any funny smells other than ur typical musty kind of smells that you’ll get where ever kids r sweaty and inclosed like chicks cheese or skyzone.
However I’d prob not throw a party here because there isn’t a lot of staff and I could see how customer service might be lacking in that department.
Overall I’ll definitely bring my kids back again for sure they loved the little games they play with the jumpers which was a nice touch. They even let us play the game after I time was up.

I called to try and get some information about a birthday party and was placed on hold for about five minutes… The problem was the lady just put the phone down and I could hear her helping other people and having casual conversations with them. When she returned she said «can I take your number and call you back in 15 minutes because I have a line» I asked well is there anyone else that can help me? She said I’m the only one working. I literally laughed and and said No, I’ll take my sons birthday party else where. Like a place that actually has enough staff to actually take a simple phone call, take care of their customers and invest in a legit phone system that places customers on a proper hold.

Ummm I don’t think we will return (well maybe to try the outdoor skating one day)…I brought my big girl here to try it out and she said it was just okay for her. Its a cool place for kids with lots of energy and I like the fact that they have parents sign a waiver and the prices are good, there are comfy leather couches for the parents to chill but here are some things I didnt care for:
— Today went they opened at 3, there was 1 staff member in the area watching the kids then running to the food counter, seriously? The way these 16 and 17 yr olds were playing an flipping, it needed to be 2 – 3 staff members on the trampoline area. On the other hand, they are building a toddler area which is a great thing, I saw a 2 year old get knocked down today, so this area is much needed! In the mean time, they should have toddler times available just for the little ones to jump around. Having it all ages right now just isn’t a good idea. Oh, and parents, talk to your teenage boys… have them be more careful and considerate of the smaller ones before they start doing back flips.
— The menu advertises slices of pizza when they don’t sell them by the slice. I arrived at the center to order a sliced and I was informed of this. Please take this off the menu.
— The arcade equipment is run down and very dirty, needs to be replaced or hit with lots of lysol.
So it wasn’t terrible, but my big girl said she prefers lol kids club at Ontario Mills, so we’ll stick with that.

This place is gross. We went for a birthday party, so it was free for us and we still thought it was gross. Dirty equipment, empty, disgusting food, workers wrestling in foam pit with children who paid for entry waiting to play. Convicted creepy sex offender Anthony «tony» CHADO «hover boarding» around the place talking to little kids. Old dirty couches for adults to sit on in the center of the establishment. This place is a complete dump. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money. Don’t drop your kids off. Don’t step foot in here. GROSS.

Love this place. Brought my daughter here over 6 years ago when she was in middle school. Today I’m here with my gf and her kids.
We took advantage of the family special 4-​pack; $ 40 for 2 hours of trampoline, medium pizza, & 4 waters. Excellent value although the pizza will not realistically feed a party of 4. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. Great family atmosphere and overall value.

This place is very clean and the staff is very helpful. They have cozy couches for the adults to relax on while the kids have fun. Parents can jump too. We also rollerskated.

–1 star if I could. My sister recommended me to throw a birthday party for my son here. We had prior agreed with a sales staff that we could bring our own cupcakes. Upon arrived with my son and his friends, they said we can not bring our cakes in. We asked if we can pay extra for is to bring our decorated cupcakes. The staff said he would ask the manager, while waiting outside I could hear the manager said he’ll fire the poor guy if he disobey. I then asked if I could talk to the manager. When I enter the door to greet the manager, he shouted to me «NO, No, No!» I haven’t even get a chance to open my mouth yet. I kindly asked «please, hear my case sir.» He YELLED «No, No! I turned down party larger than 50 before!» And pointed the door.
The MANAGER needs to GO!
He is a RACIST.
I will NEVER come back here.
We happily spend $$ 446.00 for 30 people at LOL in Ontario mills.

This place is great for kids to have fun I will say that and most of the staff is very nice and understanding.
The real problem is the manger/​owner he was very rude, and his ads clearly lie. I came in for the family of 4 which it jus said a family of 4 no other details then he said when we got there after I called and spoke with staff to confirm deal, he said it had to be a mother father and two kids. After I pointed out how wrong his ad was he let me and 3 kids in but then charged us for cups which were suppose to come with the soda I ordered. Then we asked if we could sit at the party tables because he had all his personal things on the normal table he said no because it was for parties only then let another family who also didn’t pay for a party table sit there. I haven’t brought my child back there

1 star for a great trampoline area but that’s it! The food area had zero hot food in sight. The guy working the food service was just rude, he sounded like the owner of the place saying how he was in the business for 20 yrs. No customer service skills! I originally paid for 2 hours play time but left after an hour! The staff is constantly on the intercom shouting at kids «no running on trampoline, no sitting, no laying down at ANYTIME! I get the safety thing but they should have a different manner in which they relay the message! I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there! The reason parents come to places like this is to let kids jump around and have a great time not get screamed at! Had I known I wouldn’t have paid!
Then my son put in money one of the vending machine and it took his money. Staff had to call the «manager» same guy working food service seriously to reimburse .50?! The manager acted as though we lied over .50 cents?! Seriously? I just paid 60.00 to get in! We purchased ice cream and it looked like freezer burn! And they put it in a small 1.00 store styrofoam cup?! You give us hard ass ice cream probably left out and then refrozen and then of course the cup breaks?!
Never coming back again!

Jason loves this place very much, because you get to jump around a lot and there is a foam pit and dodge ball. Been there 2x this week. Forgot to mention don’t eat the food and the pizza looks nah uh… But jumping is good

The cleanliness was fantastic. Music was just right and not over powering. There’s a lot to do-​not just jump. For parents, there’re couches, if your behind gets tired-​but you’ll have way more fun jumping around, too.
One thing you should know-​if you’re not sure your child will jump alone, you may want to reconsider because you cannot have two people on the trampoline square at the same time (you can hold from the side, but if your child needs you to feel safe, it may not be enough).
You can jump in foam (empty your pockets!), play video games, eat something, play pool, etc.
The staff is friendly; if you need something, just ask.

Terrible place for bday party’s good for free play. Terrible customer service for bdays. Expensive for bdays and they don’t work with you as far as food goes they only offer frozen pizza or hotdog. Most places let will let you bring a side dish here they only buy certain things from Costco and he charges $ 6 per item on top of the Costco cost.

The price is good compared to other places but they have their issues. I couldn’t get their special socks because they didn’t have my size (size 12) which is not a uncommon size. Every time you want to open your locker it costs .50 cents, which I know isn’t a lot but when you have to open it to get something from the snack bar then go back and close it, it kinda sucks to have to pay just to walk to the snack bar. Also their bathrooms reek! You can smell them when you simply pass by them.
As far as the jumping area, it’s kinda small, the «basketball courts» are just a single trampoline with a hoop. They do have good specials but I think I’d rather pay a little more and go somewhere that is worth it.

This place is pretty awesome but it really needs some basic upgrades. The entrance is decent but the receptionist area looks like a tiny drive through window. The adult lounge is a brilliant idea however its not arranged in a welcoming or friendly manner. And the signs are dry erase boards they look cheap and unprofessional. Half of the arcade games are broken and the cheap gumble machines have to go! 4 starz because the kids love it and they don’t mind the rest of the establishment since they are too busy jumping in the flip, dodge ball, basketball and free jump area. I would consider coming a lot more often if the lounge and snack areas were more presentable.

Had my daughter’s 10 th birthday here yesterday night rented the whole place, had 150 guest and brought in catering too. the best way to have a private party… the owners were very nice and closed the place down for us … for a price ! wasn’t that bad too. i would recommend you call for pricing. …

I wish I read the reviews about not coming here during the summer. The air conditioning does not work! It’s cooler outside than it is inside. My kids were drenched in sweat within a matter of minutes and my husband and I were sweating just sitting down. After ten minutes of jumping around my nine year was over the heat.
I would have loved to have given this place a better review due to it not being so crowded and it’s very clean, but being hot and stuffy is not our idea of a good time.

This place says they open at 12 PM, it’s 2:30 PM and the place is still closed. Now I have to kill time or go to another place. Probably won’t come back.

Jump Around provides a fun safe place to take your kids to play. Kids have a lot of energy and this is a great activity. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the staff can be very disorganized and self involved. When a customer comes into jump, they shouldn’t have to stand at the front counter while two employees finish a conversation that is personal, and not business related while the completely ignore you till they are done. This has happened three times. Not cool. What is awesome are the owners who work hard to provide a clean, safe place to play. unfortunately when they are not right there, some (but not all) of the employees are more interested in the soap opera of their personal lives. This being said, the young man that monitors and organizes the dodgeball games is fun and personable. Overall, this is a positive environment.

Stopped by here to see what this place had to offer. Tuesday’s from 3 – 9 are just $ 5 per hour of jumping. So my 3 kids tried it out for an hour. Process was quick and easy with the electronic waivers, front desk check in, payment, getting wristbands, and entry. Jumpers must have socks and luckily we had those. For jumping around, it was great. The trampolines were well lit, in good shape, and the place was busy. My oldest (age 16) loved the basketball section, my middle one (age 13) ran into friends there and had a great time in the dodgeball area, and my little one (age 10) spent a majority of his time at the foam pit. The place was clean, had good music, and had lots of staff supervising. The kids were quickly sweating, having fun, but after an hour they were ready to go.
The downsides were the lounge area felt dark and cold, large screen tvs showing miscellaneous tv shows (like tmz) without accompanying sound or captions seemed odd, many hand written signs made it feel less professional, lots of out of order signs on those gum ball/​cheap toy quarter vending machines, ropes were just strung across one part of the food area to indicate it as closed, and no clear signage to where the roller skating was (it was closed when we were there).
Because the jumping area was good and the Tuesday pricing very reasonable, we will likely come back again some day to give it another try…

I didn’t opt for the party package, because I didn’t like the food options. I wish management would allow us to bring outside food as I wouldn’t mind paying for the facility usage. However, I am not going to deprive the place a star for my preference as no place can satisfy all of our preferences.
Anyway, I threw the first part of my kids’ birthday here Saturday’s morning because admission pays for 2 hrs instead of 1 hr. I paid for the admissions of all the kids and any parent who want to jump. My party crew seemed to have a blast.
After 2 hrs, it was time to move the party elsewhere. Most of the kids were still having fun and didn’t want to leave. Most of parents looked like they are exhausted after an hour including myself. I didn’t jump but I was sweaty from running back and forth to check tab on my kids and making sure everyone was okay.
You need socks to enter the trampoline zone. The staff members are super strict about it so the trampoline area is clean. Actually, the entire place is clean. The staff told me that trampoline area gets a deep cleaning once a month so if you are OCD-​ish call and ask them when they do it so you can go the following.
