Brandon was great. Promt, professional and through. Carpet looks great. Vacuumed a few days after he finished and everything looked and felt really good. Will definitely use him again and most definitely will refer him.

Bad workmanship, poor customer service, not willing to complete a job after numerous customer complaints. Do NOT use this service. There are plenty of other reputable carpet cleaners in the area that will honor their work and conduct business ethically. Something stinks, and if D&E visited your house, it’s probably (still) the carpet…

D&E technician Brandon Burns thanks again for the great job you and your staff did cleaning our carpet. I did forget to mention in my previous post that my carpet had several problem stains throughout our house that another carpet cleaning company failed to clean. However, D&E and the state of the art carpet cleaning equipment they use (outstanding) not only cleaned the problem stains but it has been six months and our carpet still looks new. In my excitement about the outcome of our carpet I recommended D&E carpet cleaning service to all my family, friends, neighbors and co– workers and i have received nothing but great reviews from those who have use this service. Over the years we have used D&E carpet cleaning to keep the carpet at our home looking like new. With 4 young children and a dog, you could imagine how messy our carpet and upholstrey can get. Brandon at D&E continues to provide excellent service at an affordable rate. I have referred Brandon to many of my family and friends and they were just as pleased as I have been. If you’re looking for a great company with stellar customer service, great cleaning equipment and quality work, I would strongly recommend giving Brandon at D&E a call.

They gave us a fixed price over the phone and kept their word. Brandon was Great! I was late due to traffic and he ended up waiting for me 15min. When I finally arrived, he was very professional about the whole thing and got to work right away. When he finished the two bedrooms, they looked fantastic! I was happy with my over all experience. Then during my move I lost the receipt that I was supposed to show the property manager. I was able to call them back and ask for a copy of it without any hassle!
After the following day the owners of the house and property manager did a walk threw. By then the carpet was dried and the smell of fresh carpet cleaner had faded. Walking threw the freshly cleaned carpet still looked good, but then it was pointed out bit of makeup that was left on the carpet and still smelled of dog pee. Unfortunately you can’t take pictures of smell. When we called Brandon to explain about the smell (which was our main concern) he refused to reclean the carpet to take out the smell in which his first job failed to do. He stated that he had a 24 hour policy they go by. In which was never mentioned from the beginning nor in the end recipe. He offered to come back, but would have to charge us again. Not even a discount for the inconvenience. Leaving us to be forced to hire another carpet cleaner and pay double.
I’m not one to give bad reviews, but unfortunately it happens…

Someone recommend Brandon to me needed to clean my bedroom carpets before our newborn arrive! We call him and he was very accommodating to our needs and tight schedule. He was on time checked in with me and was quick my carpets are super clean!!! Thanks Brandon will definitely call you to clean ours cars next!!! And let’s say he was super reasonable with the price! Excellent service. Needed my carpet cleaned the next day and Brandon had an available appointment at 8am. He was a few minutes late but texted me prior to his appointment time to let me know he was running a few minutes late. I was not present at time of service but my mother informed me he and his colleague were very professional and did a great job. Truly appreciate the work they did in such a short period of time.

The carpet cleaning service was fantastic. Brandon arrived on the appt time arranged and was very professional and polite. I was very hesitant at first because I normally clean my own carpet. Well, I will never do that again because my carpet was so clean after the service from this company. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for such amazing service!!!

They were only place I could get a hold of that was able to come immediately on one day’s notice. He really tried to fit me in even though they were booked up. They just finished here and the house looks great.

Brandon is exceptional at getting the most filthy carpets clean. He is very reasonable, punctual and very efficient. It only took 2 hours for my carpets to dry. My carpets haven’t looked this good since they were installed 10 years ago. I am extremely happy and will definitely call again!

Great prices! And awesome service! I called needed a last minute carpet cleaning and they got me in the next day and did an amazing job. They cleaned 3 rooms, a hall way and stairs for a little over $ 100. I was very satisfied with the work they did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned.
