DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY JEWELRY FROM CROWN DIAMONDS. They overprice jewelry that is fake. I use to work at the crown diamonds on crenshaw and slauson. I needed a job back then I used to feel so sorry for people coming in there getting ripped off on the jewelry knowing that the gold would be fake and how they would up the finance charges and interest rate. Then when customers would fail on making payments crown diamonds would take customers to court for judgements. I hated seeing how they did people like this. I guarantee if you buy from them go get the jewelry appraised see what happens.

I am very pleased with crown. all the girls are great.. I’ve been with them for almost 5 years. they always are helpful, and handle any problems I have. we had a few issues but alma cleared it all up. no penalties.
pay your bill and you won’t have a problem.
I do agree with the merchandise being a little pricey, but if you don’t have great credit, it’s your place to shop.

Crown diamond has the most professional and courteous staff. From the time I walked in I was greeted with a smile. They were there too make sure I picked out the most perfect engagement ring. After a hour I got what I wanted. I was able to finance it even though I didn’t have perfect credit. Thank you crown diamonds for making this a pleasant experience.
