This store is terribly disorganized, dishonest, and lazy. While I was there, they ditched a customer at the counter with her purchase and went on their lunch break in the middle of their transaction. The employees are rude and lazy and the «discounts» are displayed incorrectly and unduscounted merchandise placed where discounts labels appear. I was making a purchase where blouses were labeled $ 24.99 and next to it a display that said buy one get one 50% off. When I went to pay, the item purchased was 35.99 with no discount. The managers are unhelpful, rude, and lack knowledge about their own kerchanfise and sales. I went there on Wednesday, March 16 after 6:00pm, their corporate office is on the east coast and closes at 7, so there is no recourse. This is a bad store, go to Lane Bryant, they have better sales, better fashion, and the staff is helpful. this has one star rating only because 0 is not available

If you have an app for ready or not coupons, do not use it here. There is a big sign that says: «We do not accept any coupons but our own.» My wife also purchase some stuff but they for got to take the security sensors off the clothes. Nice customer service.
