Not a bad place its hard to rate places in the beauty industry since I my self I’m an esthetician I give them 3 stars cuz they r as professional as possible the only reason I cant give them a 5 stars is cuz they put the threat in their mouth and that is unsanitary with state Board but I also understand that ia their native way so I dont think its fair to judge them for that or to give them a bad review over it I my self rather do threading then waxing even though I know how to wax eyebrows I do it for a living but waxing will eventually cause the skin to sag.

This place is great. Affordable and painless. My favorite place for eyebrows in Fontana!

Saw the reviews on Unilocal and went to check it out. I have very thin eyebrows. I saw Monica and she was awesome! She showed me what I needed to do and where I needed to let the hair grow more so that I can have fuller eyebrows. She didn’t just thread them straight across she actually gave me a small arch. Thanks Monica!

Best place for a Brazilian bikini wax. After a few traumatic experiences getting this type of wax I came here because it is near my house and had good reviews. Well I’m glad I came because the lady was so thorough and very kind. She talked to me the entire time and was quick to ease the discomfort. I will be coming back here again!

I’ve been driving down to Arched Eyebrows for years. There are many local threading places but I drive 10 miles one way to see Monica. She is the best threader I’ve gone to and I’ve been having my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years.

I go to Rena for my brows. She is great! The place is very clean and the location is convenient. Parking is right in front, so you can go in and out quickly. All the staff do a great job!

I’ve been coming here for years when Ashi (she used to work station 3) was there, when she left I was so sad and scared cause I don’t trust a lot of people when it come to my eyebrows so I tried Monica (2) out and she took great care of me and my eyebrows I always take care of her too [tips ;-)]

I found out about this place through a friend, and decided to give it a try. At first i was a bit scared because i didn’t know what to expect. Though Ive only been here a few times I must say that I’m always happy with the ending results. Totally Looking forward to become a regular.

I travel from San Clemente (South Orange County) to come home and visit this place, they listen and take their time.

Love this place. Monica is great and never disappoints. She always takes her time but is pretty fast. After the other girl that used to do my eyebrows left I was a bit scared, but it’s over a year now and she’s been great!

I love this eyebrow place! The ladies are fast and do a really great job! I wish I knew the name of the lady I go to, but she’s at chair 2 and her work is amazing. My eyebrows have never looked so good. I’ve been coming here for about a year and haven’t been disappointed yet! Pretty good prices too.

I love this place especially when Monica gets to do my eyebrows she is always very nice and polite. She does a great job with my eyebrows I always make sure to go back to her! I’m a regular there. And the price they charge is pretty fair I’m very content with going there every month ;)

This is the worst place I have ever been to. I have been getting threaded for years. Never had such a bad experience. Lady was very rough! Felt the thread burn. It’s been 3 days and my eyes are still puffy with red marks like rug burns. Very unhappy will never ever go back to this horrible place!

I use to come here regularly with Ashi, but she stopped working there. I would go there only and because I was too lazy to look for another good eyebrow artist. She was rude most of the time, but I liked the way she did my eyebrows. :/​win/​lose
So now that she’s no longer there I thought I’d try someone else. I tried 2 ladies. Big mistake! They both messed up my eyebrows horribly. The first girl which is station #3 made one my eyebrows too high and the girl in station #5 messed up my shape and made them thin. That leaves the new girl and the older lady that looks like she can’t see. Hmm I’ve seen both their work and not impressed. I wouldn’t take my chances here. They’re always rude and honestly they don’t do good eyebrows. Never have I said to myself «Oh that girl has nice eyebrows» in the contrary I’ve sometimes felt bad for how horrible some clients eyebrows looked. Now I have to wait for my eyebrows to grow out. :(

I have been coming here since it opened and i love their service. Renna is such a sweetheart and so are Ash, Monica, and the others. My favorite spot. I love how fast they work and their cleanliness. Also I love how they have drinks and snacks for sale and they also sell some cute jewelry. what else can i say? Oh yes they also have gift cards witch is perfect for the holiday season or for a bday gift. I enjoy waiting since there is always fun Indian music videos to see wish I knew how to dance like them :-)

It was a complete mistake coming here. I read the reviews and thought I’d give it a shot. Stupid me. Now I have to go into an interview with uneven eyebrows, one with an arch reaching to the sky and the other sitting like it doesn’t care. You know it’s bad when she keeps staring at your face like she’s confused. I wish I’d gotten her name. I was so mad, I paid what I had to and sat in my car and cried by the number they did. Should’ve known better… will not mind driving a little more and paying extra at Ziba’s ever again!
