This was far and away the worst Dr.‘s appointment I have every had. All he was interested in was selling his concierge service and pushing his vitamins. He went over my blood tests so quickly using terms that I could not understand. I had another small issue I wanted to discuss with him. He said if I had the concierge service he could spend the time with me. When they called to confirm the appointment I told them what I needed to talk to him about during this visit.
He had a great DO, Dr. Resciniti working there. He was the BEST! With his guidance I lost 48 pounds. Like his predecessor, he left the practice. West bad mouthed both of those Dr’s to me as well as disparaging the afordable care act in a way that was very unprofessional.

First off let me point out it has been 25 years since I was a patient of Dr. West. At that time he was finishing up his internship in Redding California.
I began seeing Dr. West on the recommendation of a friend with whom I was in a car accident with. Her mom was an RN at the hospital he worked at. I had, previously been under the care of a chiropractor who had only made my pain worse. After the accident I began seeing Dr. West for my care. He was truly amazing. My treatment took 5 months and cost less with better results than the care I had previously received from the chiropractors I had seen. He combined his minupulations with a required exercise program.
It makes my sad to read the reviews from other patients about the way he has developed his practice. It sounds as though he only offers his services to the wealthy. The treatment he offers is difficult to find anywhere. He combines bone manipulation with the ability to prescribe medications.
Ability and technique I would give him five stars hands down. Unfortunately I cannot speak to the type of practice he runs.

I was recommended to see Dr. West. I called to make an appointment and specifically asked if the appointment the front desk made was with Dr. West and I was told it was. I waited for 30 mins from the scheduled appointment time only to be told by the MA that I would see someone else. When I asked the front desk, she had no answers and simply said that Dr. West only sees patients on concierge (paying $ amount for a year upfront to be seen by him). I do not know either of the physicians at the practice, so I cannot comment on their expertise. However, I can only say how disappointed I was by the whole deal, esp. since I had taken the morning off from work for this appointment. The integrity or the lines of communication between the physicians and the front desk is obviously poor. Either of these could not result in providing good, forget excellent, care by the establishment. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND this practice for that purpose alone. I would have even considered the concierge fees if they had been upfront with me from the get go.
