Had a 3:15 appointment here. When I pulled up, a man raced into a parking spot, jumped out of his car and literally bumped me out of the way to get in the door first. Not Quest’s fault but I was thinking «no worries, I have the appointment time so there». Well, joke was on me cuz the girl took him in first anyway. Guess appointment times don’t matter at this location.

Very poorly staffed and very slow! It took them an hour to see 4 people. The girls are young and immature, who hires these bimbos? Quest needs to things together and operate a better business.

My experience summarized below
I came in fifteen minutes before 4pm. (Closes at 4 PM) Three people were in the lobby waiting. After signing in the phlebotomist came out and called up the next client. One of the women in the lobby asked her why she was the only person working, she said it’s like this everyday. She is the only one running the place after 12. Around 3:58 pm I was called up she was in a rush but got my insurance information and immediately took me back to draw blood. It was painless and after making short conversation during the blood draw, I found out she usually has to stay late and clean up complete orders and close the lab.
Shame on QUEST lab for understaffing the creekside location. They should have two people one for checking in and one for doing the clinical stuff in that back. I am sorry but with a rush like that girl had tonight, there is no time to wash hands and do things properly. Was that seat sanitized after the client before me used it? I think NOT. Infection control quest.!? She was literally running from the back to the front and back again. Lab companies bill the insurance companies A LOT of money for these tests! I am only giving this review two stars because that girl earned that extra star for quest just working her tail off over there. I would not return to this lab again. Quest has the resources to hire more staff cutting staffing to bare minimum is unacceptable! It’s bad for business and bad for client safety and health regulations.

I had a great experience, I have nothing to complain about. Arrived for my appointment but had forgotten my paper work, Had to drive home, but when I got back they took me in immediately. I could not have been my pleased.

I have had less than happy experience with this service provider. Unfortunately, the billing department on two occasions his messed up my billing by not billing the correct carrier and then dunning me. It was frustrating to sort out the same issue with them that I had just sorted out on my last visit. Additionally, I am not been impressed with the staff when I have gone in to have blood drawn. They don’t have customer focus. I was greeted with a rather brusk order to sign In when I arrived rather than a hello.
The staff seems preoccupied with things other than providing service.
There is another lab center in Folsom called «The Lab». I will use them from now on.

If I had the option to give this place negative stars I would, as the staff are super rude. The atmosphere here is not even good to talk, as it looks like I stepped into a horror house. I had a very bad experience, as they did my blood work very painfully, DO not go here, instead go near the Roseville or Sacramento Quest Diagnostics places.

These people do not care if you make an appointment time! Was here over an hour waiting and I had an appointment. These people are rude and just focus on socializing with each other! After thirty of waiting I went up and asked nicely and told them I had an appointment over thirty ago and their response was I know. Don’t go here!

Please avoid this place if you can. They need to hire a new front desk person! They really work slow here. They are not even busy! It’s a sad sad place. They work like molasses…

I read some reviews before coming here and was prepared for a long wait time, rude staff, and a pricey blood test. It was the exact opposite! The front staff was incredibly friendly! They were very personable and open with me, even made a few jokes. Perhaps the person who previously reviewed this place caught them on a bad day. I don’t know, but I had a great experience. The entire service took about 30 minutes and cost me $ 40 to get some general blood work done. I would absolutely come back here and refer any friends I have to this location.

Avoid this location at all costs. The people working here are heartless and on some type of power trip. I’ve been here several times in the past but no more. Yesterday was the last straw. Please keep in mind this is not a review for the hardworking lady who works by herself at 1600 Creekside. She is amazing and deserves a promotion. The folks at 1731 all deserve to be reprimanded. I walked in at 12:04pm just behind another gentleman. There was one lady in the wait room already. I signed in and sat down. The lady was called in, they drew her blood, and she left. Twenty minutes later the gentleman and I are still sitting there while staff is gossiping in the back room (yes we could hear you) and one woman is playing on her computer in the reception area. I finally walked over to the receptionist and asked if our wait was so long because everybody was at lunch and the receptionist said, «Yes. We take our lunches from 11:00am to 1:00pm.» I looked at her and said, «It would have been nice if you would have told us that so we wouldn’t be stuck here waiting until 1:00pm to get our blood drawn.» She looked at me and said, «Well mame» then she took a deep breathe, rolled her eyes, and said, «I’m sorry.» Look folks, if you’re not going to serve people between the hours of 11:00am and 1:00pm lock your door, put up an Out To Lunch sign… do something but don’t make your customers just sit there and not tell them it’s going to be an hour before they are going to help you. I guess they just don’t need the business and can get away with this type of behavior. I’m interested in hearing what others have to say about this location.
