Extremely accommodating for all requests. Fast service. Not crowded on a weekday. Close to the Marriott if you are staying there. The omelette was absolutely huge and they had turkey bacon. Also the calories were listed which is very helpful.

Cozy place, good food and service. Not cheap but you get a good amount of food for the price. Enjoyed it overall. A bit confusing how to get to it from the road, got lost to be honest. On google maps it’s not pinned correctly so was confusing.

Love this IHOP. It was pretty busy for a Saturday morning. China (Chyna?) was our waitress. She was great & very friendly. The only reason it isn’t getting 5 stars is because it took about 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by any of the 3 hosts/​hostesses. Oh well. Still a great experience.

Never in my life have I been so disappointed. The pancakes pure trash. however the hostess was a dime fa sho and because of her I shall be returning quite soon.

We love this Folsom, Ca IHOP and come here for breakfast.
The waitress, China, is the best I’ve seen in my 70 yrs. She is always quick, efficient, and very friendly.
She brightens our day with her style and fun style. She could head a waitress training school for IHOP

Every time I come to this location, the staff always are attentive (most of the time) even if they are busy. The two ladies who work every time I’m here are really sweet and attentive! The food also comes out perfect ⁹⁄₁₀ times :)

There are way too many negative reviews about this place! My husband and I had 35 minutes for breakfast before getting to the airport in time to catch an international flight.
Great IHOP!!! Friendly, fast service… very clean restaurant and our server Lester was great! The food came out quick and delicious… the only problem was I ate too much!

Order CFS = chicken fried steak. It was fried to a crisp, actually my mistake… didn’t hit the spot. Hash browns were burnt, waitress was helpful and immediately got a plate of replacements. At least my eggs weren’t beat up! Get it? :)
Initially, poured syrup on my pancakes only to discover a small insect had perished in the goo and now was gracefully accompanying my plain pancakes. See photo of removed John Doe. You keep the extra protein. :(

Angel was great. At 7am she served and bussed tables by herself. She warmly greeted us and said she would take care of us. Food was hot and served in a reasonable amount of time. Restrooms were clean. At the table behind, the party thought Angel was being tipped too much. The tipper demanded, «Leave it there, she earned it!» I agree, good job Angel!

This place is really nice. I now see that all IHOPS are not created equal. The service is nice, the food was good and they stay open 24 hours. You can’t ask for more than that. It was late when I got in from New York so we were starving. It surely did the job!

Came in drunk af with my group. The ihop was soo hard to find it was located all the way in the back lol. Luckily we had a chill waiter named robert. He was very patient and polite with us even though we acted like baffoons. We got our food and coffee and was well on our way. Ihop has very good deals u can get 2 sausages 2 eggs hashbrowns and u pick your own stack of pancakes for $ 10.99 i also got a side of biscuits and gravy… Yumm

First let me say it’s IHOP the quality of food isn’t the best so we knew what we were getting. My daughter wanted to go there for her 8^th grade promotion. Not my first choice but it’s what she wanted. We called ahead and warned them a large group was coming (14 people) we were told ½ hour wait. No problem we understand with so many people. We waited 1 hour before I asked the «cashier» (can’t even call her the hostess) how much longer and she proceeded to inform me that she didn’t know since it was really busy and their were no tables. As we look around yes it busy but nothing ridiculous. All the workers seems to be working at a pace of «your on my time people». Slow to clean tables, slow to bring food, slow to even talk with you. We watched as a buss boy removed dishes from a table two pieces at a time before going to the kitchen and back to the dirty table to remove yet another two pieces before going to the kitchen. I went ahead and asked if they can get another person to help him clean that table so we can take that row of tables that all it needed were to be clean. She then responded it will be a while. Mind you her tone and demeanor was all but short of saying «you are bothering me» she as the rest of the staff was in no hurry to service people. My husband already irritated asked to speak to a manager, which never happens. usually it’s me who loses my cool and asks for the manager. She then turned her head both ways in gesture of trying to locate the manager and grabbed menus and asked if we wanted to sit all together. I responded no it doesn’t matter. She then takes our group around the corner and to my amazed eyes several tables and booths available. Let’s just say enough opening to feed 30 people. She guided us to this open space and as we stood there I asked her where she wanted us to sit… her respond and again mind you she is in no hurry, responds… anywhere! What the heck! I live in Folsom and yes restaurant are busy here but I have never been anywhere where the lack of service was so bad. Usually there is some attempt to get you in as quickly as possible but not at this IHOP. It is clearly proves that this IHOP runs on their employees time and you wait for them. I will never visit this location again. If you have the time of day and want to be treated like you are wasting other people’s time then I highly recommend this place! The only reason I didn’t walk out was because my daughter wanted to go here and it was her day or I would of walked out from the minute the «hostess» opened her mouth. This place is so bad that I took the time to Unilocal it which I never do until today! Thanks IHOP for making me a Unilocal fan! Oh and the star at the top was a 1 star because I had to give it. If I had negative star option I would of chosen that.

I wish could put a negative star. The service at this location was a joke. We were seated after waiting at the counter for over 5 mins. That was odd because there was no one in the restaurant. After being seated we waited and waited and no one came to take our order. I feel like my family and I were discriminated against because when another couple came in they were seated and served immediately. It’s sad because I enjoy eating at IHOP but today will be the last day I step foot into an IHOP.

This was my 4^th visit to this IHOP. Each time it took an extended period of time to get our food after ordering it. The service is fairly disorganized which contributes to the slow service.

Love this ihop location… The servers are always super nice! But it’s ihop… So you know what you can get for the food. I come here just because of the service, they are really friendly and attentive. I usually come here after I get off work, so it’s usually late night hours, I don’t know about their daytime service, but based on my experience so far, I’m gonna keep coming back to this location!

Stopped in for breakfast this morning. The crowd was to be expected for that of a Sunday around brunch time. I was seated within about 5 minutes. The server was pleasant and efficient. I ordered the country omlet and harvest nut pancakes. The omlet was huge and so filling that I wasn’t able to touch my pancakes. Overall, was a surprisingly good dining experience.
— they only carry Pepsi products to drink, I was Jones’ in for a diet Coke.
— they charged me $ 1.5 for a side of salsa. Thought it was like ketchup or hot sauce, free.

Ok, I don’t usually review IHOP’s. I visit IHOPs because outside of major cities they are often the only available food at 3:00am.
That said this is one of the best IHOPs I’ve been to. It was clean, looked relatively new and had friendly staff.

your best 24 hour option in Folsom. the food is decent, the service is always great. Linda is my favorite. however, not the kind of place I would go if I were totally sober and looking for a nice breakfast Sunday morning.

A restaurant that’s open 24 hours in Folsom?! Shenanigans! The location is slightly odd, considering the building is hidden behind hotels and other fast food joints. Anyway, the food is good (longer than expected wait for food), the service is friendly (though slow at times), and the restaurant is clean (more or less). I prefer this location to Blue Ravine and Denny’s. Also, the restaurant typically closes from 3:00AM-3:30AM, that’s when the one server and/​or cook take a meal break.
