Folsom Self Storage

I have an awesome experience with them for last 15 years. Very helpful and professional staff, clean facility.

We were buying our first RV and getting ready to move out of our apt. and become fulltime RVers… but temporarily we needed both and RV space and a storage facility. Folsom Storage fit both bills. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially since we were not sure what we needed from a storage space… the RV spot was a no brainer.
If you are an experienced RVer… as we are now… you will have no problem with Folsom storage’s RV sites… it was a little tough at first for us… but our lack of skill, not a problem with the site.
They were patient with us until we could decide what size storage facility we needed allowing us to reserve two different size units until we decided, which didnt take that long.
The facilities are very clean and very secure with onsite staff 24/​7, security gates and cameras.
Folsom storage was by far the best bet in the storage business for both Folsom and Orangevale hands down with prices being very competitive but the quality of Folsom storage was leaps and bounds beyond all the other storage facilities we looked at.

This place is the Hilton of storage units. The manager is just a doll, she is such a sweet lady. It’s never busy and super clean!

CLEAN. REASONABLY PRICED. SAFE. What more do you need from a storage? This is a great location. I appreciate that you need to enter your code to both leave and get in– everything is really nicely kept up and in a great location. It’s also really convenient that there’s a great deal if you need a U-​Haul. I’ve rented storage units when I was in college in Tennessee and they were really run down and didn’t seem all that secure compared to this one. Everything is fresh and new, we often encounter the guy who runs the place and he is always very friendly and they are always accessible. No need to shop around in Folsom if you need a storage– this is the place you need to use!

This is, by far, the nicest storage place I’ve ever used. And I’ve used a lot of them.
The staff is friendly and personable, and remember me by name. I get a courtesy call whenever I forget to pay, so that I don’t get charged a late fee. Although located in a safe area, the premises is monitored with security cameras. Both the office and public restroom are always clean, and well stocked with appropriate supplies. Entry and exit are obtained with a personal code entered at electronic gates, and drive-​up units are secured with your own lock.
