My first home purchase so I had many questions, Brad was so patient with me and explained things so I could understand.

My wife and I recently purchased our first home through Brad and his team at Guild Mortgage. Being our first home we had many apprehensions about the process and a lot of horror stories that were shared with us putting us on edge. Brad and his team were patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Every question we had was answered not only thoroughly but quickly. There were many times that my wife and I ran into moments of panic and emotional strain, but Brad and his team calmly responded with a clear and objective response. Brad was so patient, never pressuring us into uncomfortable decisions. Quite pleasantly it was the opposite, we felt very empowered throughout the process to make our concerns known. Ultimately we closed in 25 days with almost no hurdles. This was thanks majorly in part to Brad’s attention to detail and timeliness with replies and deliverables.

After speaking with Brad, we decided to give him a shot and have not regretted that decision. His rates were more than favorable, he always had the paperwork done in advance, and he was always willing to work around my schedule to get the work done. Brad was my lending agent when I purchased my first home in 2009 as well as when my husband and I purchased our recent home in August 2014.
My first loan was a FHA loan, however it was such a competitive market and one of the homes that I wanted to make an offer on had been flipped and did not accept FHA loans. Brad was able to set me up with a 5% down loan so I could make an offer!
