Specialties
We specialize in cooking a Lowcountry Boil, which is local shrimp, corn, sausage and potatoes. The meal is served with a side of homemade coleslaw, cocktail sauce and key lime pie for dessert. We provide the tables, linens, chairs, plates, utensils and do all the set up and clean up. We do bring our pots and burners and cook the boil on site of the event.
As an appetizer we offer local steamed blue crabs. We provide a large stand around table designed for cracking crabs, along with mallets, melted garlic butter and some instruction if needed.
We also offer local steamed oysters as an appetizer. We provide the table, along with knives, towels, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, crackers and some instructions if needed.
History
Established in 2012.
The idea came from a trip to the Caribbean where we had local seafood prepared for us on the beach. We decided to try and replicate that feeling back home while cooking our local seafood.
