This is some of the best food in the New York Food Court. My mainland Chinese friends swear by it and I was introduced to it by one of them. I have had the food here atleast 20+ times and it blows me away every time. Their hotpot bowl is one of the best in Flushing. You pick a bunch of veggies/meats and seafood and then they stir fry it with hotpot sauce. One pound is around 8 – 9 $ and pound-for-pound you cannot get more fresher veggies and meats anywhere in Flushing. Their cumin lamb was featured on Chopsticks and Marrow: . The people behind the counter are some of the friendliest even given the language barrier. I had the chance to converse with the Chef whose picture adorns the store front. While I had to talk through a friend who was translating as I speak almost zero mandarin the chef understood me perfectly and always accommodates my requests. Go, try it and make sure to tell them to adjust the spice especially if you are not Chinese and savor! Medium spicy is plenty for the most adventurous of palates.

麻辣香锅超好吃!人也超好,点了大概$ 30左右还送我们饮料。 The Ma La Pot is really good. They have 4 Ma La Pot at this food court. I tried 2 of them. The Peng Shu is my favorite and much much better than the other one.

Noodle is good and as advertised. Hang pulled noodles. They also have meats cooked via hot pot flavor and it ranges from 7 to 9 bucks a pound. I would ask for less spicy because the default spicy is a little too spicy. Good service and good food. No complaints.
