I got glasses and contact lens from this place. I liked it a lot.
The price was very good, and they treated me very me nicely.
Actually, I just wanted the glasses from here and I was going to order contact on line.
However, they understood me and they tried to match the price on Contact.
I really liked it.
They try to understand their customers and they do their best. That ‘s what I like about this place.

The optician was fine. However, the sales person was awful. I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for the glasses becuase I had vision insurance. He told me to pay out of pocket first and get a reimbursement from the insurance company. I got the check today (3 weeks after) and guess what?! I got the check that was less than I was charged for (I paid $ 150 and check was $ 110). I called the slaes person and he said I was responsible to check the coverage from the insurance company before having the glasses. Being charged for $ 40 does not upset me but why couldn’t he explain before? His boss might love him doing ‘good bussiness,’ but he is a ‘bad sales person’ for customers. I would never recommend this place nor ever going back there again.

puts the prescription way too strong. way way too strong. for both me and my aunt.
i have a somewhat okay experience with them because their products are fairly okay priced but i would never go to them for contact lenses again.
First they took my regular perscription. i asked for a recheck because i felt my eyes got worse. they put it to .50– stronger. i used those contacts up, came back, to order more. but they never recorded my new perscription so i got a big order of lenses with my old perscription. they said that is what they had on file.
so i give this 2 stars which translates to «meh i’ve experienced better»
