First time coming here. My experience? Horrible. The girl behind the counter is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. I already thought something was off when I walked up to the counter. She didn’t greet anyone. No «hi», no «what can I get for you», nothing. I couldn’t read the donut labels so I asked her what kind of donuts she had and this impolite woman thought it was appropriate to point at the labels. Literally just pointed. I told her I couldn’t see it, and she looked at me like I was stupid. Throughout this whole transaction, she didn’t utter a single word and had a frown on her face. I’m not even exaggerating. Thanks, Celine A. You just lost your business.

I was so happy when they opened. Place is okay like any other DD I just didn’t like the fact that the cashier lady doesn’t use a different glove when she grab the food and handle the money

I’m really glad there is a Dunkin here. It makes grabbing a cup of joe really convenient for me. Many people complain about Dunkin coffee but it’s not too bad IMO. I always get the caramel iced latte here and it’s always so great! The staff is all friendly.

It is a Dunkin’ Donuts. What else needs to be said? OK so the place is new and the bathroom is clean. Service at this location is decent and slightly better than other DDs. Coffee didn’t taste as burnt as the coffee served by their primary competitor(I’ve run out of things to say).

Maybe the stars will go up for me. This place isn’t too far from my house. First when they opened, the girl dropped some food and didn’t change her gloves after picking it up with her hands. I had to yell over the counter to change her gloves and had to tell the girl behind the counter to put on gloves. Not lookin good guys!

Finally, Whitestone Bagels is replaced with another convenient morning pit stop before the Whitestone Bridge. This new Dunkin’ Donuts is clean and well situated(at least for me) on Parsons Blvd, but you can tell they are still learning the ropes. Getting an order(especially with drink + food) takes a little longer than usual at a DD, but I’m hoping in time they will perfect the routine. One thing though — if you’re looking for a late-night spot for coffee before a long drive, this ISN’T it. They aren’t 24 hours, so plan accordingly.
