Doshi Diagnostic Imaging Services

Just want to take the time and write my experience at this place. I was surprised by the low rating and reviews at other Doshi locations. I was referred here here by my doctor for a sonogram. Yes, as someone else mentioned this is one of those places you only visit when necessary. The receptionist at my doctor gave me a piece of paper, told me referral has been sent over and I will need to call the # and make an appt for my sono. I called right away and I spoke to Julie. She was very nice and helpful. I told her my available date was only the following Friday. She informed me that was a holiday and they are closed, plus they were also closed on weekend. She must heard the distressed tone in my voice. She then asked what was I coming in for? Since they didn’t received anything from my doc’s office, she told she will looked into it and call me back right away. And yes, she called me back right away! In less than 10min. (I cant tell you how many time I heard that from other offices and then I don’t hear back until 2+ hours or days!!!) She got the same day appointment at the time best for my convience. I really appericate her immediate assistance. She took the initative, went out her way and then accomadated me for the time BEST for me, on the day of. This worked out perfect since I had to follow up in 2 weeks with my doc after this sono which I didn’t even told her but she seemed to read my mind !!
I am so happy I found this treasure. I got in and out in less than an half hour. I was very happy and pleased. I will be telling friends and family about this place from my positive exp. Thank again Doshi!
