Great sales. Up to 70% off and it’s a pretty big store that’s connected to Oshkosh. I’ve been here twice so far and it’s never crowded. I’m really surprised. The only downside are their coupons. You can’t combine the coupons they send you through email with the current sale promotions they have in the store which is why they want you to come back overspend on more baby clothes you probably don’t even need. We found some decent stuff but I’d still prefer the Carter’s Outlet in Woodbury. The sales and clearance items over there were tough to beat but I’m still glad that there’s a Carter’s in Queens. I was surprised that there wasn’t one in Roosevelt Field Mall but then again, if I was going to Roosevelt, I would rather just go to BuyBuy Baby.

Extremely rude cashier named Miriam. She insisted that I needed to give a phone number in order to make a purchase after I indicated that I preferred not to provide a phone number. With a serious attitude, she said that I had to give my phone number and that I would get coupons. I indicated again that I did not want to provide my phone number and that I have coupons. She continued and insisted that I provide a phone number and said that Iwas being rude. Really? Have you looked in the mirror? I then walked out without making the purchase. I have been a loyal customer since my son was born (2 years) and never HAD to provide my phone number in order to make a purchase. I will not be returning.
