I could not be more pleased with the service I received at Nichols. I was in an accident and damaged the front end of my car. My car is older and parts for it are difficult to find, especially for body damage. When they were finished, my car looked better than it had before the accident, for a great price, and in no time at all.
Ultimately what it boils down to is this,

I hope I never have another accident but, if I do, I’m coming back here.

These guys did a great job! I can’t tell anything ever happened to the car… they went beyond my expectations and even cleaned the car inside and out… I definitely will be utilizing their services whenever I have another «unfortunate event».

I hired this body shop based on local recommendation. My wife and I are very satisfied with the repair work done to our car, the reasonable price, and the excellent customer service. The owner was friendly and courteous, clear in his explanation of repair, did what he said he would do, and got it done in the time he said it would take. We will definitely go back, if we ever need body work again.

First time here and I’m very impressed. Quality work at a fair and competitive price. Dealing with the owner and the office lady (his wife?) was a pleasurable experience. They will also drop you off or pick you up. Extremely customer oriented. If I ever need body work again I they will be my first and only stop.
