History
Established in 2002.
Kris Wise earned her real estate license in 2002 however Kris was not new to real estate. As an avid remodeler, Kris purchased her first home in 1991 and continued to buy, remodel and sell her way through Dallas, Pasadena California and back to the Dallas area until settling to raise a family in Flower Mound. Kris has been at 3 Brokers over her career with her most recent move to Keller Williams being her final move. «I love Keller Williams and the support and training they provide for their agents. My business has grown exponentially since putting the KW models and systems in place. What a great place to grow my business» said Kris. Kris added a dedicated Buyer’s Agent, Gail Post, to her team in 2012 and now Kris is able to focus exclusively on getting her listings sold.

Kris became a Realtor and Broker-Associate after spending 10 years buying homes, fixing them up and selling them in both North Texas and Southern California. Kris’ love for remodeling and always leaving something better than when she found it translated well for a career in real estate. After graduating from Texas A&M with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Kris worked as an Accountant and then an Accounting Process Consultant for 16 years before moving into real estate as her full time career. She loves the opportunity to delight clients with her customer service as well as her knowledge of the market and what it takes to sell a home. Her background and training in process improvement and Six Sigma helps her analyze data to assist clients in making informed decisions when it comes to selling their home. Kris believes that the data is where the focus should be and then look to the market for feedback on her listings. Kris is eager to put these skills to work for her clients.
