Our agent, Carter Schultz, was a very patient agent and paid particular attention to our needs. Additionally, he has a set of diverse skills and experiences, which give him a unique advantage over his competition. He was able to provide objective feedback and advice to help guide us toward our house. Coming from California recently, we had an overly inflated value of housing, and Carter was the voice of reason that we needed to insure that we didn’t overpay and get upside down on our house. This was particularly important, as the Dallas market was «on fire» with buyer activity with many sellers overvaluing their homes. Behind the scenes Jennifer Luthe was on top of all the «backstage» activities and was very quick to anticipate and complete tasks. She did a great job of supporting Carter, so he could be more focused on the needs of his customer.

Erin and Russell went above and beyond to get this deal done! This is my 4^th transaction with them and it went flawlessly! I jokenly tell I intentionally find the most bizarre and difficult transaction — just to see her creativity — but she always produces.

I worked with Dan Sexton for around 2 years trying to find my perfect house for me and my sister. He was extremely flexible and patient while my sister and I changed our preferences, and started/​stopped looking due to busy seasons, and I really appreciated all his support and assistance. I’m sure I would’ve been able to find a house sooner if my sister and I were more flexible with Dan. I eventually purchased a home on my own which Dan found for me, and Doug McCalib ended up assisting me as the buyer and also did a fantastic job. I have already started recommending the Rhodes team to friends and family as every team member I have met has been extremely friendly and provided excellent services.

The Rhodes Team recently sold our home and also helped us purchase our new home. When working with the Rhodes Team, you will notice that each step of the process is handled by a specialist with your personal agent staying on top of the process and in direct contact with you. We had a unique property to sell and Jeremy and his team were right with us every step of the way. I particularly liked the instant access to the CSS Showings comments — these were very helpful and we did not have to call to get them, etc. The Rhodes Team made sure the realtors always left comments.
As Buyers, our agent Adrienne K completely spoiled us by seeming to or actually being available every day. We wrote several contracts for different homes and her patience is off the charts! Our final, winning contract was written over the July 4^th Holiday and I believe she pulled her kiddos out of the pool to meet us there. After being with a less than stellar realtor for 7 months and no home sale, I interviewed 5 realtors in the area. Needless to say, I was being VERY picky about who we would be signing a contract with to sell our house because (1) we needed to move to another city (2) my husband had been in that city for several months and (3) the longer we stayed in our house the more money was being lost. Our good friends had a glowing review about Russell and his team. I also had met Russell and Shelley (in closing department) before in another venue and really liked them both. Russell came to our house twice to show both me and later my husband the services he could provide. Not only is Russell very knowledgeable about the area’s real estate, he stays on top of current real estate happenings and knows how to price your house so it will sell. The first potential buyers came through our house two days after it was listed and they signed the offer paperwork on the kitchen bar that same day. Russell and his spectacular team did everything for us and did it in a way that made us feel like we were their only clients. Their level of communication with us and the buyer’s agent was off the charts excellent and their customer service is unsurpassed. If we would have stayed in the area, we would have asked Russell to help us purchase a home as well. So, HUGE thanks to Russell, Cynthia, Katherine, Shelley and Tai for taking such good care of us and making the sale of our house happen.

The Rhodes Team is bar none the best real estate agency on the planet. When I sold my house I interviewed 5 real estate agencies and they were the most impressive. After the interview process they continued to impress me by looking after my house while it was still on the market and we moved out of the state. They also maintained constant contact with us and had constant showings lined up for the house. Even after the house has sold, I still get hand written b-​day cards with gift certificates attached.
