The services offered here are awesome with a very helpful staff. But what makes this place THE place for your dog is the owner. Tiffany loves what she does and makes you feel like your dog is the most important ‘person’ in the store. Tiffany’s knowledge of nutrition is unequalled to any other dog food supplier in Denton county. The efforts she goes to identifing what is perfect for your dog is nothing short of amazing. She is always there to help with bathing, drying and picture taking. (Look her up on Facebook — Blissful Bark Dog Wash) You will find picture after picture of happy, clean and groomed doggies.
I have been going to Blissful Bark for 8 years and will not go anywhere else. Sometimes I have a hard time getting in for a bath on Saturday or into the groomer for a month or so, but that just tells me she and her staff are in that much of a demand and that I need to plan ahead. After all, my dogs are worth it. If Tiffany is not there, Taylor will be. He is just as focused on your dog as Tiffany would be. These are good people and it shows in the success of the business.

We have been here a few times but will not be back. We do not dislike the facility itself, as it is very practical. However, the last time we went to Blissful Bark the service was quite poor. The attitude of the staff was one of us being an inconvenience. In particular, the young dark-​haired man was condescending and unhelpful. We had asked him to clip our dog’s toenails and after waiting an extended period of time for him to come over, we assumed it wasn’t happening, and when he did come over he was angry that we had let the dog out of the tub as he indicated his preference was that we leave her in there while he clipped. None of this would have been a problem if we had simply had some communication from the staff. Finally, our dog has had pain in her paws since we went there, and we’ve realized he split her nails from being too rough. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the service.

Great place to take your dog and save some major bucks on dog washes. Good to support a local business too!

I wash my golden retriever here. Blissful Bark has the nicest, most helpful staff. All truly dog lovers. My dog and I love coming here.

I really tried to make Blissful Bark my go-​to groomer when we had some higher maintenance dogs — a male Bouvier, and a large female Golden Doodle, but I could not live with having to make an appointment three to four months in advance. I preferred having them groomed about every 2 months, but even as a regular customer, they could not accommodate our needs.
I really like the owner and the staff, but had to find a more flexible and, as it turns out, a cheaper service.

This place is really great — it’s my fav dog spa all times! The staff is fantastic — REALLY dog lovin’ -, the owner’s sweet as can be, their prices are great (I’d gladly pay more for their «awesomeness» with my dogs), their services The Best and the place is clean, in nice order and GREAT if you wanna wash your dog (s) yourself. If you want the best for your dog (s) then Blissful Bark is the place to go. After our move I gladly drive from Sherman to Flower Mound to take my dogs to Blissful Bark (and it’s also next to Einstein’s — how could it possibly be better?! :-D).

Unfortunately, this place did not live up to it’s great reviews for me. I normally bathe my big dog at home (a Newfie mix), but I figured I’d have him bathed/​groomed this weekend so his ears and paws could be professionally trimmed (which I can’t do alone since he’s so big). I told the gal what I wanted done, and she said no problem. $ 50 and an hour and a half later, his ears aren’t trimmed, and his feet aren’t trimmed on the pads, so he still can’t walk on tile without slipping. I am very disappointed that I essentially paid $ 50 for them to do nothing more than what I can achieve at home. Maybe it was just this gal who isn’t great, but I didn’t feel like she even liked my dog. She made no effort to make us feel special. All she did was tell me he didn’t like having his paws trimmed and that it took two people – right, because he’s huge and needed professional groomers, that’s why I brought him in. They did not come through with the services I asked for and made no effort to provide great customer service. We will not be coming back.

Love this place! Took Sadie in a few weeks ago after I had not lived in the area for almost five years and the owner still remembered us. What an awesome memory! She is always super helpful. Even though I was bathing Sadie myself I still asked for help cleaning out her ears and the pads of her feet, the owner stopped her staff and had them not only do it for me but teach me how to do it! If only every business had customer service like this and an owner who cared this world would be a better place. I would recommend Blissful Bark to anyone. My mother-​in-​law did say it takes about a month to schedule an appointment here so you better call way in advance if you are booking an appointment. They are that good!

Same feedback as another post. Tried to make an appointment but nothing available for the «foreseeable future». Oh well…

This place is great! We took our dog here 10 minutes before they closed because we found fleas on our dog and didn’t want to wait until the next day. The young man helping us was so nice! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t say enough nice things. he was very friendly. Will definitely go back.

I am positive these guys/​girls are great, professional dog groomers. I would in fact LOVE to use them. Unfortunately, they are booked through March 30^th… yes you heard right, March 30^th, when it is only Feb 26^th. Over a month! Is there nowhere else in Flower Mound that does professional dog grooming?!? This I am not sure, but if I were the owner of Blissful Bark I would add a second location and/​or more groomers for their current location. As a businessperson, I shudder to think of that much $$ being left on the table.
Note to owner: If you are to add more groomers and/​or another location, I would love to use your services.

It’s all true. BB was recommended by our Vet. They have an excellent staff («Thank You!» Kelly for doing fabulous work with our Afghan Hound). Tiffany is extremely gracious. A wonderful system for booking (hint: book ahead) that requires you leave your pup for about two hours and no cage anxiety resulting. Have forward booked for two appointments and will continue to do so. Nina has never looked better or acted happier after a trip to the groomers.

I agree with David D. I have been taking my dog, Sara here for 2 years and we love it. It’s a do-​it-​yourself dog wash but if you’d rather– you can drop your dog off for a bath and grooming too. Tiffany and her son Taylor are a great team— the customer service and knowledge can’t be beat. They also sell high-​quality dog food.
They have great equipment, shampoo smells yummy and I can make a mess and leave. Perfect! You should try it!

Found a business that continually provides the best services. I have been taking my dog to Blissful Bark for over two years and it is a pleasure to deal with everyone there. I am greeted by name and made to feel welcome.
They have great facilities along with a customer appreciation program that is very beneficial. Tiffany and staff are knowledgeable and very customer oriented. Tonight they hosted a catered customer appreciation night that showed that they care for the customer.
Prices are right in line with everyone else and as a regular customer you get discounts for loyalty.
Spartacus has become comfortable with the bathing process and I will forever be a customer.
