Sindy’s 7th Heaven Salon

I went to Tara and had an amazing experience! I did have to wait about 20 min last my scheduled appointment time but once she got my back she obviously knew what she was doing! I showed her a picture and got the exact same cut and also asked for small caramelly peek a boo highlights and they came out beautifully. My friend referred me and her hair has been everything from white to platinum silver and she always looks amazing. Tara is friendly and precise. Schedule with her now!

ZERO STARS. DO NOT GO HERE.
I went in to get my hair bleached and it was a DISASTER! I contacted the «stylist» that was going to do my hair through a text beforehand and she quoted me $ 125 for ONE session and that I would leave blonde.
1. I left with my hair ORANGE AND YELLOW. (And wet)
2. She completely forgot that I requested to have my hair cut.
She completely misconsulted me. She never told me that I would have to come back in again. If she would have, I would’ve respectfully said «never mind I’ll go somewhere else».
I chose this salon because she told me I would leave blonde, in one session, for $ 125.
I contacted her the very next day, expecting her to fix it with NO charge and she proceeded to tell me that I need to pay $ 125 again! What??!
I contacted both of the managers of the salon (Sindy and Al her husband)
After speaking to Al, he apologized and told me to come in for a FREE fix on Friday Sept 25. Sindy calls me the night before at EIGHT O’CLOCK AT NIGHT to tell me that I couldn’t come in. She said «My stylist told you that you would have to come back in and Its your word against the stylists & I’m siding with the stylist»
WHAAAAAAAT?!
Talk about a complete disservice.
And wow, thank you for giving me enough time in the day to call around and find someone else to do it. NOT.
DO NOT GO HERE.
If your hair is messed up, they will not fix it for free like ANY other salon would.
Bottom line: The customer is always right.
