By far the best NY Style pizza you can get anywhere in Florence. It may be a bit more expensive than some of the chain pizza places but it’s far superior in quality. The service is quick and courteous. Wish they had a drive thru so I wouldn’t always have to enter the mall but it’s well worth the hassle.

Always a great lunch spot in the mall in Florence. I worked near the mall and frequented Primo often. Loved the veggie stuffed pizza and one slice will fill you up. I always liked that the mall had a locally owned pizza place instead of a chain like many malls. The staff are very nice as well and they have a good variety. If you want a whole pizza, I suggest doing a call in. The pizza slices are ready and they fire them for you, but otherwise you’ll wait a bit.

I love NY style pizza and Primo Pizza is the closest I’m going to get when in Florence. They are located in the Magnolia Mall at the food court adjacent to Chick Fil A. They served the usual pizzeria food — slices, calzones, stromboli, and such. Now they offer dessert — pie like brownies or chocolate chip cookies. I usually stop and get a slice of cheese pizza. The crust is thin just like NY style pizza, which I love. Can’t get the same taste out of any frozen pizza I’ve tried and trust me I have tried a lot. Prices are reasonable, service is quick. Give them a try!
