Bath & Body Works

This is a store where you can be certain of consistency. That is their brand and this location represents it well. It has that same delightful scent whenever you pass it in the mall and once inside, you encounter the same delightful team members.
I will admit that I am a regular and for a guy, that may not be the most common thing. But whenever I go into this place, someone in there remembers what I like. That’s impressive. Everyone wants to feel valued. Right?
I also have to admit that I had a coworker in California who moonlighted at one of these stores so I know a couple of things about the job descriptions here. Those happy people you see on the floor offering to get you shopping bags and assist you with demonstrations are trained to do exactly that. In my humble opinion that’s a very good thing.
You get consistently kind and enthusiastic attention here whether you go in on a slow mid-​day during the week of if you wander in during the middle of a chaotic holiday sale. I personally like the idea that there is a little island of calm in the middle of a mall-​world filled with insane holiday shoppers. I can go in, test a little aroma therapy and buy myself or my family and friends a little piece of happiness.
