The food is good and so is the price but the customer service is HORRIBLE! The owner needs to rethink about who he/she hired to stand at the counter. The girls have a strong attitude problem which needs a fixing. The place will start losing customers soon if they keep being rude to the customers. Someone teach them some manners please. Went there once to pick up a naan order. I asked them politely if they can cut the naans in half since not everyone can eat a whole and the girl was soo rude saying how they have other orders to complete so the chef can’t. Umm so what are you there for? Pick up a knife and make one cut instead of gossiping with the other girl at the counter. Called another time and asked for 3 roti’s for my dad because he likes the tandoori ones and she said how they’re extremely busy and and won’t take the order till after an hour. I understand the busy part but it doesn’t hurt to add in a i’m sorry! I’d Rather take my business elsewhere.

First of all congratulation for opening up the business here in Floral Park. This is what we needed here. Not the greasy one where goat, beef or chicken floats in oil. The dude who left a bad review must be a drunk or a cab driver who just got a ticket for parking near the fire hydrant. Curry Goat, Chicken Tikka, Beef Curry and biriyanis and chicken kabobs are not only the best in the area but excellent price. The owner and the lady on the front are very nice. I will give an A+. We order 2 dozens of kabobs, chicken tikka and goat and biriyani for party of 50. Everybody asked where we got from. Lot of our friends and family stopped going to the other one next to an Indian vegetarian restaurant on hillside avenue. They have no customer service experience. Their food is unhealthy. If you are health conscious person with low salt, mild spice and hardly any oil floating, come to Bismillah Kabab & Curry on Hillside Avenue.

I would not recommend anyone this place after my experience. Firstly the people are really rude to you, they treat you like they are doing you a favor. Secondly the food is not fresh at all, i bought tandoori chicken from here and it tasted old.

i don’t usually post reviews but my wife and I stopped in the area for something else and saw that the old restaurant Fizza wasn’t there any more. We decided to try the new place and were skeptical about going in(Fizza was the filthiest place around) The restaurant turned out to be completely renovated and clean(could always be cleaner), but the food was surprisingly good. We tried the Kabab roll which was OK but the chicken curry and naans were really great and all freshly made. The chicken was a very authentic chop masala flavor and the naans were exceptionally well made. The girl behind the counter sensing our lack of knowledge about the dishes was very friendly and helpful as well and spoke fluent English which was helpful. All in all a great experience for seekers of non vegetarian North Indian/Pakistani style cooking.
