Continental Lighting

Rarely these days do you find a business that truly stands behind the products they sell. Continental Lighting is one of these increasingly rare businesses. My wife and I remodeled our kitchen almost four years ago and we had led undercabinet lighting installed. Over this time two of the panels failed (started blinking). We found out that they had been purchased from Continental Lighting and we contacted them to see if they could be replaced. We were amazed when Steve offered to replace them at no charge under a manufacturer’s warranty. We didn’t even ask for this. It was simply done as an act of good faith and superb customer service. I wish more retailers recognized the benefits of this kind of customer service. Continental Lighting has earned a life long customer. Kudos to this fine place and especially to Steve.
