Great food. Great atmosphere. Wish it was open later, at least on days the farmers market is open.

Awesome vegetarian-inspired eatery. Great omelets, sandwiches and coffee, but there are amazingly few dark spots when it comes to the menu. I usually order an omelet because they are made exactly the way that I like them! I can’t go wrong with an omelet. The wedge potatoes served on the side are so good, I wish there were more. Perfect breakfast spot, although they do traditional brunch well, too. It’s a terrific little eatery for anyone who is a vegetarian or just inspired to do a little healthier, cleaner eating. On top of that, I believe they utilize a lot of locally sourced ingredients and rely heavily on healthier style menu items, compared to the average coney island around town. Steady Eddy’s newest incarnation is tucked away in quiet little corner of the Flint Farmer’s Market. Open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays only. The only drawback is their limited hours of operation. I wish they had longer business hours, but they operate within the framework of the farmer’s market and only stay open til mid afternoon, so you just have to catch them when they’re open.
