TERRIBLE agency, My daughter went without collision for over 2 months due to a mistake on State Farms side, NO communication with my daughter, NO help what so ever from Tabatha, I was told it was taken care of and thank God I checked, it was NOT. Sad when you live in a different state and hope your agent will take care of your «child» (no matter what their age…) If this is how she treats FAMILY… Needless to say, Good Bye State Farm!!! I need someone who will be there because I am not.
