Just moved to the area, and the food is cooked well, and the customer service is great. Every time we’ve been there, we go to the drive thru and they are always nice and thank us, which makes us want to go back. Great Job to the crew there now!

Like many people I don’t usually review fast food unless I’ve had a bad experience. I sometimes bite my tongue but a family member was up to visit and had the same bad experience. Service, especially via drive thru, is painfully slow these days. Looking inside seems like there’s someone working there who slows down everyone else. Took over 10 minutes for a drive thru order on a Friday around 3 pm which is after the lunch rush. Also I asked for a burger without cheese (twice!) and you guessed it– got cheese. I’ve complained to Wendy’s corporate but never heard back. If you’re shopping at the ITC and want something quick, try McDonalds instead. If you really want Wendy’s, the one in Chester always has fast, reliable service. Ledgewood is okay too.
