Babies R US

This is the best, cleanest, well organized Babies r us/​Toys r us in the area. They always have what you need, never out of stock. Their staff is very welcoming, polite and helpful… Especially Robin! :-)

Friendly staff! Every time I seem to actually need help, there Is always a worker around right when I need them which is something I can’t say for a lot of other department stores. Glad this one is near me, they always have exactly what I am looking for!

The store is nice and most of the employees are friendly. But beware if your are registering here, my privacy was abused as the lady who registered me shared my information with personal friends.

This isn’t my regular BRU — it’s near my parents so it’s a place I hit in a pinch. But I have to say, it’s one of the best BRU’s I have been too. The staff is amazing and the selection of products is abundant; they even have a maternity department! The store is very clean and has a nice layout. The staff has always gone out of their way for us whenever we’re there. Recently, I exchanged a stroller and the manager, Melissa, put the new one together while I was there so I didn’t have to be without a stroller. Seriously, what manager does that? It was so nice of her and such a help to me. They’re great about returns and work your order to accept your coupons. Shopping for baby (or other people’s babies) can be stressful but these guys make it a better, easier experience.
