Very well managed. But man I wish they would box our groceries liked they do at Costco. It was a pain having to carry $ 700 worth of groceries from our car to the house. I might toss this suggestion out there too. Bob at the exit could use a little customer service training. Not the nicest guy while checking customers out. Otherwise had a great first visit and we are hooked.

*****REVIEWFORVERIZONKIOSKONLY***** So ONCEAGAIN, I have been disappointed with these wholesale mobile kiosks. I went to Costco last year to get my pre-order in for the iPhone 6. This year I went with Sam’s Club hoping for a better experience while ordering the iPhone 6s. What happened was it turned out to be way worse!!! For both instances my pre-order went in on the FIRST pre-order date. It opened on September 12, 2015 for the iPhone 6s. The whole thing is done entirely online. They wouldn’t even take orders in person, which I thought was funny. What if we had questions? Anyway… So that was that. Submitted my pre-order and got an instant email confirmation saying I’ve been added to waitlist. What makes Sam’s Club worse is the fact that we literally have got NOTHING regarding the phones. No updates, no tracking, NOTHING! Costco at least gave me the courtesy of giving me tracking updates, AND it was shipped near release date. Why are you advertising«pre-orders» when in fact it is not that. Other companies are already restocking on new batches after giving out pre-orders. I called multiple times and they state it all depends on Apple. I say something has gotta change. Whether it be Sam’s Club, Verizon, or Apple, there needs to be better communication because this customer is very, very displeased. My word of advice? If you want to go through a wholesale club for pre-orders, avoid Sam’s Club! Costco would be a better choice because at least I got a freebie package that includes a car charger and dock. Even so, I was still disappointed at the waiting time for my phone. I’ve finally learned my lesson after this experience. Best bet to get your iPhone on release date is to order straight through Apple. I did that with my iPhone 5 years ago and my experience was so much more organized and I got it on release day. Its been almost 2 weeks. Still waiting until this day for my so-called«pre-order»… C’mon guys. Get it together. *********************************************** UPDATE10÷12÷15 So called again on Sunday 10÷11÷15 and was told it’s better to just look elsewhere. I couldn’t believe my ears… Wasted more than 2 weeks waiting for nothing. In the end I just went to and ordered my phone online. Got an email confirmation saying I will receive my phone in 5 – 7 business days. Hallelujah.

I love Sam’s Club. We stop in t least once or twice a week. On weekends they don’t have as many kiosks serving up samples though. I love when they have the wine and spirited beverage sample kiosks’ available. We did learn something … if you purchase a item and it goes on sale later you can bring the receipt back and they will refund you the difference. Love it!

As far as Sams locations, something about this one is still always my favorite. Maybe it’s because I grew up here and this was the Sam’s we used to go business shopping for once a week? In any case, the staff is usually very friendly, lots of selection for a smaller club, and plenty of parking compared to even some valley sams clubs. The premade chickens and many of their meats are fantastic here. If you’re in town this is a nice club to stop off at.

The Sam’s Club in Flag opened a gas station last year as well as a car wash. The gas station usually beats other prices around town by at least $ 0.05/gal, unless you have a special discount from another station(i.e. Fry’s $ 0.10/gal discount). The car wash seems to have added a person to scrub your car as it goes in, I got one before they added that, and it was pretty much a waste of $ 6. The dryer didn’t work very well at the end, and it overall seemed more like the kind of wash you’d expect to pay $ 3 for at a Chevron. The store prices seem to have been climbing in the past couple months, though I haven’t done too much tracking of their prices in relation to other stores to really say if it’s just Sam’s getting worse or things being tough all over. They recently started posting all of their items online, which makes for easy grocery list building(if you want to go wayyyy over budget and have half a day to lose, putz around without a list, you’ll achieve both quite easily). I haven’t tried their Click ‘n Pull service, which claims to have your entire order ready for you as soon as the club opens the next day if you order by 5:00pm, so I can’t speak to that. I can speak to the fact that they do not honor their online satisfaction guarantee(if you’re not happy with any product for any reason, take it to your local club for a refund), as I ordered paper from their site, which turned out to be only a ream of paper for $ 15(I at least figured I’d get half a box for that much), and they claimed that since the site revamp, they haven’t been able to pull any order info from the site. I would’ve loved to have printed off a receipt, but obviously I wouldn’t be buying printer paper if I had that luxury. Even the manager couldn’t do anything, as what was shipped with the paper turned out to only be a packing slip with no pricing info. She stated that they’ve been having this problem for a while, and worse, the 1 – 888 number service reps will simply direct you to go into the club, to still have the problem. You’d think they’d get it together, but who knows. The cashiers are pretty quick, the samples are decent(and the reps are knowledgeable about the products they’re pushing, feel free to ask them if they can recommend some recipes using what they’re selling, you just might learn something), so overall, it’s a decent grocery store. I wouldn’t buy much of anything I wouldn’t buy in a grocery store here save for tires(rotation and balances are free as long as you maintain your membership), unless you know it’s going to break before you want a new one(electronics have a guarantee that they’ll fix or replace it as long as you keep your membership, though I haven’t partaken for lack of spare cash). The website also has auctions where you can get discontinued stuff fairly cheap(my folks have purchased games for $ 5, and their 32″ 720p TV was $ 200 last year).
