I’ve been coming here for 4 months and it has been such a great place of community and fitness. I would highly recommend anyone at any level to try it for at least for a couple of weeks. My wife and I will be lifetime members!

This is a fitness center like no other in the Hudson Valley. I joined here 2 years ago after living an active lifestyle for years. The coaches at TFW Ropestone took a close look at my nutrition as well as my fitness level & coached me daily on changes that I needed to make in both areas. Within my first 8 months there I lost 30 lbs, dropped my body fat by 8% & started to see muscle definition that I had never seen before. I have 3 young children (all under 10) & the training I receive at TFW helps me be able to keep up with them at all times. If your serious about fitness this is the place to go!
