Founded in Gilbert, Ariz. in 2003, BounceU is the place where birthdays come to life. The company specializes in creating private, full –service

birthday party experiences for children in a safe, indoor environment. Founded with customer service in mind, BounceU provides tailored, stress-free and supervised parties. After nearly a decade in business, BounceU’s refreshed look and brand positioning follows months of quantitative and qualitative research

Two main issues compel me to not return here.
Per their website, you get $ 2 off open bounce if you make a reservation online before coming. After searching the website fruitlessly I called them and got no answer and then gave up. Apparently you have to call them, leave a message, wait for a call back and make a reservation over the phone. Not only is it too much trouble for a couple dollars but it violates the principle of an open gym.
The other problem for us is that it’s not a great place for younger kids. We have a one and a three year old and their options were limited — one general purpose bouncy house and two small slides.
For older kids, there is some pretty fun stuff including two tall slides, one bounce house with a basketball hoop inside, ball toss and basketball games, a climbing wall and a boxing ring (where you’re not supposed to touch each other??), plus they have a cosmic bounce black light thing that they randomly turned on while we were there.
Maybe when the kids are older we’ll try it again. Until then we’ll stick with Jump N Play in Noblesville — a tad pricier but a better value for younger kids.

The only thing keeping me from giving this place 5 stars is that it’s never clean. The floors are disgusting and always need to be vacuumed. This is a big problem if you have a baby that crawls around like I do. Last time we were there I caught him chewing on a hard piece of used gum. (Don’t even get me started…) That aside, it’s a great place to let older kids run around and burn energy. I love that adults can play in all the equipment and the staff is always super nice. We love coming here! ((But BounceU, PLEASE vacuum DAILY. There’s zero reason not to)

We had my granddaughters birthday at the bounce u fishers Indiana, and the kids had a great time jumping and running and enjoying themselves. However at the time of the party during the meal the staff rushed us through the whole event and then made us leave before we could cut the cake and give her her gifts. They got quite rude and said he had to go! We ended up taking the remainder of the party to a local park. Needless to say, because of that treatment, we will never go back.

Had our sons party there, went great until after party. We had issues with pictures and staff/manager/owner communication was terrible. It took multiple messages, phone calls, and emails to deal with an issue. Because of poor communication it took almost 7 weeks to resolve. Wouldn’t recommend because of such poor communications.

I planned (gasp!) a last minute playdate with my fabulous Indy Mom’s Group {www.thecitymoms.org} last Friday. I have my kiddos home a couple of times a week and you have to keep the terrorists busy, so we headed over to Bounce U’s preschool open bounce from 10 – 12. It was the best bounce house experience I’ve ever had — LEAPS AND BOUNDS better than Monkey Joe’s annnnnd MUCH cheaper. No – it’s not open EVERY day all day but there is something to be said for that — like a quality staff who helps instead of hinders, it wasn’t slammed and the adults could stand and chat without being surrounded by too large 12 year olds running over our toddlers.
Now, I fully admit, I am not a general fan of bounce houses. It’s actually like my OWN PERSONAL HELL but this place made up for most of those feelings. I like how it’s broken into different rooms with different «levels» of bouncing available. I also loved that it wasn’t packed and that my children had fun for a REASONABLE price. Did I mention — reasonable? $ 5 a kid and no «special socks» (seriously, give me a break SkyZone). Also super easy to find AND they allow us to bring our mommy must haves in – aka Starbucks unlike COUGH — Monkey Joes — COUGH — Skyzone.
Skip the overpriced chains, check the website for times and give Bounce U a try! You won’t be unhappy. It’s locally owned by a mom and she really gives a damn.

My son just had his birthdays party here. He had an absolute blast. One of the reasons we chose BounceU over the competition was the set up: the party is in a PRIVATE bounce room, unlike Monkey Joe’s where the kids just run all over, they aren’t playing together and you can’t even tell who’s there.
This was also a ton of fun for the parents, as adults are allowed to bounce too. It was great to see parents helping out in the basketball bounce house and on the tougher climbing challenges. Two party pros are assigned to each party to help allow the process, assist kids on the bounce houses and then help with cake and gifts in the party rooms. Speaking of, the party pros even kept a list for us of gifts given for thank-you note purposes (and I didn’t even have to ask)!! I would highly recommend this for a kiddo’s party.

As of July 2013, BounceU in Fishers was open (saw some flyers that said «under new management»).
My 5-year-old daughter attended a party here and had a fabulous time. I liked that they spent 30 minutes in one room then moved to the next so the kids didn’t get bored. The bounce items in the two rooms we were in seemed age appropriate for the 5−6-year-old set.
The party room was relatively clean and well appointed (tables for the kids, benches against the wall for parents), though I did notice the floor was pretty sticky. As a bit of a germaphobe, I loved that they asked each child to use hand sanitizer as they were leaving the bounce room and heading down to the party room. The pizza served was from Marco’s and was nice and hot, and the cupcakes were shockingly really good as well.
