No better place to get work done. Never have i found a place i could trust to this extent. If u need it they tell you, if it can wait, they tell u too.

Sadly i cannot fully express the great work and the trust i have for them.

Went in for a routine oil change and to have their shop take a look at my power steering (it had a mild leak). It’s an old car so I wasn’t surprised I was told I had about $ 2000 dollars of repairs that should be made, including a new timing belt, power steering pump and hose, alignment, ect. I decided to have some of the major repairs done for $ 1600, including the power steering that had been a pain.
I got the car back and drove home. The next morning I see the leak is even worse than it initially was. I take the car back and get a call that my gearbox in my power steering sprung a leak on the way home. They said it was BECAUSE I HAD THE FIRST ISSUE FIXED. After being told that if I pay the 1600 dollars to make the fixes I did, I wouldn’t have any other issues for another 100,000 miles, they flat out told me the gearbox broke because they fixed the pump. «It wasn’t foreseeable, but it happens all the time.» One of the owners then had to audacity to offer to buy the car for the $ 1600 dollars I already paid. I will never take a car here again, and neither will anyone I know. I don’t know how they’re still in business. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.
I took the car to another shop to have it looked at because I felt like I was being ripped off. The gearbox (rack and pinion) Hometown said was leaking was actually completely fine, and the 750 dollar parts Hometown put on we’re FAULTY and STILL LEAKING. I had my car fixed at a different shop and have had no problems since then.
DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
