I just wanna give a quick shoutout to this local business.
I needed to exchange a car part that I ordered from AutoAnything and I had a prepaid Fedex shipping label. The Office is an authorized Fedex location and they provide excellent customer service. We ran out of packaging tape at home so I just brought the box unsealed here and was planning to purchase the tape. The staff told me that they have tape and she can help me seal up my package. I thought that was a nice touch cause she could have just sold me the $ 4 tape. She scanned my label and placed it in a plastic sleeve and prepared my package. What a hassle-​free experience!

Pleasant and attentive staff greeted us upon entering even though they were with other customers.
Mearl, the clerk who helped us, was informative and friendly, and offered to hold onto the package for a few days so it would arrive when someone was there to receive it.
Then, when something went awry with the paperwork, Mearl called twice to give us the new tracking number since the email I gave her was not working.
Way to go The Office.

I was kinda mortified when I read the other posts. I’ve known Ray for years and some of the staff too. I worked there for a brief time (NOT the heroin user) but not enough work then… I’ve only been treated kindly and seen professionalism before. I respect Ray and the way he runs his business but wouldn’t condone reading private property I wonder if there was a miscommunication? Anyway I will continue going :-)

Is a nice new place that just opened.
It’s kind of like a Mail Boxes etc. place.
Only better they have FedEx, DHL, UPS, Mail service, Mail Boxes, Copiers, Notary.
Desks and computers to use.
And will package and ship for you.
The owner is Ray and he is a great guy.
