Jack In the Box

Pretty typical JITB. But, their bathrooms are cleaner than most. Counter help was willing to make my sandwich as a lettuce wrap instead of a bun so I could avoid carbs.

Hadn’t been to a Jack in the Box in like forever, and with Burger King closed at 1030pm, this was a last resort in the good ol’ town of Fernley. Service provided was beyond bitchy, and all food was well below par. Onion rings were at least like Burger King and edible.

Visited Fernley Jack n the Box on 8÷22÷14. Ordered a #3. Was then asked by the cashier if I wanted the combo. I thought this was understood by ordering the #3. I said yes. She rang up each item individually and the meal cost me about $ 2.00 more than the combo. Watch it here. This is not the first time they have don’t this. In fact it’s not even the tenth time they have done this to me. Do the math, overcharge 500 customers a day $ 1.00 that’s $ 15 000. A month profit.

Stopped in with my father-​in-​law, he paid, so I cannot complain about the price, right? Anyway, he had a sausage biscuit (we were there for breakfast…) and I had a breakfast burrito. I was actually pleasantly surprised by the large size and flavor if it too! Not shabby at all! It was my first time at a JITB.
The only problem? Unfortunately, I no «speakey de espanolio.» There appeared to be only ONE person there that spoke English (surprise!!) and my Spanish gets me into more trouble than I’m worth. It took two tries to get my coffee order correct…

This Jack in the Box fulfilled my needs for some food on my long drive between Utah and California. It’s not the best Jack in the Box, but service was quick and the food was good. If I’m ever in Fernley I might stop here again.

Horrible service had to wait in parking lot for 15 min and they still got the order wrong.

i ate here with a coupon and the service was marginally good. but when the girl got my soda she couldn’t get the cups out correctly and put her whole hand in the cups. then got kind of pissy when i told her i wanted a cup she hadn’t put her hand in. i told her also she had to throw those other cups away because she had her hand in several of them. she ignored me and served other customers with them. i called the manager over and told her about it. i don’t know if anything was done about it. but i will certainly watch and not use the drive through if stuff like that happens a lot.
we did get some food from there last summer and the service was good and so was the food. so they are okay as far as jack in the box goes.

It’s a standard JitB, they got our order right, were personable enough for a late night visit to a fast food joint. The food was good, arrived quick and didn’t interrupt our road trip later on.
