I signed up for a service agreement with Vogel and I’m glad I did. They usually send out the same technician and he does a great job, working quickly and answering any questions. There are a lot of HVAC options out there and I’ve had some poor experiences with other companies, but you can’t go wrong with Vogel.

I was very pleased with Vogel Heating and Cooling. Our technician, Adam S. was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He had to work in a very hot attic on a hot day. When he was done with everything, he carefully cleaned up his mess. I would definitely use Vogel again.

Our boiler needed to be replaced, and Vogel came in with a bid about $ 1,000 less than the next competitor, and offered to replace more parts than the others. They were very professional and accommodating to my schedule. The sales rep showed up to make sure I felt comfortable leaving the house with the staff working.
The installation looked great, and I was patiently given a tour of the boiler mechanics. The next day, the motor in the boiler leaked, but a quick call to my sales rep had someone out in a jiffy to fix the issue.
We’re very very pleased with this company, and highly recommend it to anyone.

Vogel/​Steve and Matt did a wonderful job on the installation of my air/​heat and humidifier. I would highly recommend Vogel and Steve and Matt. Steve explained everything that was going on and went over the new unit, humidifier and the thermostat to make sure that I totally understood. Matt came back to clean out my vents and was very polite and courteous. I will defiantly will continue to use Vogel for my heating and cooling needs.

Vogel is wonderful, we have used them for several years and been very happy with their service, friendliness and reliability. We have their yearly service maintenance contract and it is definitely worth having in place to insure our Heating/​Cooling system is running normally. Kurt is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful technician that I would recommend to anyone.

Vogel Heating & Cooling since I was not happy with my former service company. So far, I am very happy that I made this change. Rick B. showed up right on time. Proved to be professional & informational. Showed me some things that I should know about taking care of my furnace which, to me, is the best way to earn my trust. I am actually looking forward to spring for my next visit!

Brian, my service man, was obviously extremely busy, but went far out of his way on a Sunday to procure a ladder that turned out to be too short in the end (Absolutely my fault for the wrong size, despite this, he remained very friendly and didn’t give off the least hint of frustration). His knowledge and professionalism were top notch. I’d definitely recommend this company
