History
Established in 2009.
Our business was started initially by the owners when they were providing independent project management services for a national contractor. The Switzer’s did very well with their business but tired of the transient lifestyle and in 2012 had saved enough capital to take on a staff and launch a local contracting company in St. Louis, MO where they have been serving the metro area ever since. The goal is to continue to provide high quality service and project execution to St. Louis residents for many more years to come and eventually have the ability to expand our business to serve additional cities and locations throughout the Midwest.
