UniQue Ideas loves combining quality and creativity with imagination for any age, holiday, special occasion, event or organization. At UniQue Ideas ‘N More «nothing says love like a personalized gift.» Locally owned and operated by two moms, Michele VanTuyl and Gina Burlison made their passion a reality four years ago when they opened UniQue Ideas. Today, they continue to do what they love, creating their own as well as fulfilling others’ «unique ideas.» UniQue Ideas offers everything from embroidery and vinyl lettering to monogramming and screen-​printing. Custom gifts and apparel, personalized birthday, baby, wedding and anniversary items, school spirit wear, purses, totes, monogrammed jewelry are specially designed for any event or occasion. Also available are personalized glassware and ceramics, window, wall and car decals. Complimentary gift-​wrapping is a service UniQue Ideas loves to provide to its customers. Even if something is not purchased at UniQue Ideas, clients are welcome to bring in their own items for personalization. UniQue Ideas monograms with embroidery, vinyl and thermal lettering and also prints custom T-​shirts, signs and banners, team uniforms and business attire. «We provide our customers that personal touch they don’t usually find anywhere else.»

History

Established in 2007.

UniQue Ideas ‘N More started as a tiny store front providing custom embroidery, screen printing and personalized gifts. A small group of creative moms had been making things for their chidren and friends as gifts for parties etc. As they were seen in the community the orders started coming in. Now the store has tripled in size with an on-​site production team. We carry gifts for ALL occassions & produce bulk orders for many surrounding school districts, sports teams, cheerleading squads and clubs. We do custom corporate apparel and ship our work throughout the United States. UniQue Ideas ‘N More supports the community with on going donations to schools, businesses, church organiztions, charities & fundraising opportunities. We are a proud Member of the Fenton Chamber of Commerce and was awarded «Small Business of the Year» in 2011!

Growing up right here in the heart of Fenton, I attended Bowles Elementary, Vandover Elementary (yes…several years ago, when it was an actual «elementary school»!), Stanton Elementary, Rockwood South Middle School, Eureka Jr. High School (before it became the Annex!) & graduated in 1986 from Eureka High School. After attending SMSU and graduating with a Bachlors Degree in Fine Arts from Webster University, I married the man of my dreams, taught dancing, had 2 wonderful children, became a stay-​at-​home mom, worked with two Direct Sales companies & eventually opened up UniQue Ideas ‘N More Personalized Gift Boutique with a good friend of mine in 2007! While working together with my family & friends, it has been extremely gratifying to be able to touch the lives of so many throughout our community with our creativity of unique gifts & apparel for all ages, occasions, schools, teams, organizations & businesses right here in the very community that I have lived in my entire life!
