Worst experience ever. I paid these people $ 1750 to move in and ended up having to get it returned because of their piss poor customer service. They literally ignored my calls and hung up on me repeatedly just because I demanded clear and consistent information about the progress of my potential unit. I’ve never been disrespected or degraded by any company as much as I have with them. I wish I never ever met with these awful people. Metroplex Management is the worst management company EVER!!!
