Gil-​Rich Cooling & Heating L.L.C. was established in 2003. As the owner of Gil-​Rich, I bring over 20 years of experience to the company. More importantly, as a husband and a father of four (soon to be five) beautiful children, I understand the importance of quality service and treat every home like my own. My company believes in selling what you need and not up selling what you do not need. Affordability, quality, craftsmanship and dependability are what this company is all about.

I am Robert Richmond, president of Gil-​Rich Cooling & Heating L.L.C. I began my heating & cooling career working for a reputable company where I learned service and installation in existing homes. I later moved to a larger heating & cooling company where my position was training new employees and running large projects. This company focused on all new home installations. I gained valuable experience such as duct layout, duct design and equipment sizing. Then I moved to a commercial and industrial company. There I was a foreman running projects in factories, schools and commercial buildings. There I learned installation techniques for roof top units, fabrication of duct work, and how to bring projects in on time. This led me to follow my passion for this profession by opening my own business.
