I suffered a heart attack in my mid-​forties. I was a long term smoker of traditional nicotine deliver product with its negative effects so I needed a change. I tried many causation products; such as, gum, patch, and pills to quit smoking with no long term success so I tried vaping. Vaping as enable me to enjoy the effects of nicotine and the psychological sensation of traditional smoking without the traditional negative effects, such as shortness of breath.
