This place tried to sell me an open bottle juice. Said that the juice bottles in that nicotine level doesn’t come wrapped and the higher nicotine level comes wrap only. Bull. I went to another shop and they said that that was sketchy. I don’t recommend this place at all. They must sell products they have already used.

The guy who owns this won’t back up his products. I bought 2 pens there. Then… He started buying cheaper glass globes and burners that are supposed to be the same size as my pens. Neither of them fit the pens he sold me! Telling me it doesn’t fit because my pen is dirty. Well my pen was pretty clean but I cleaned it again and … of course it still doesn’t fit. I called to tell him and now he says I must have bought my pens somewhere else. Save your money and go somewhere else!

This place does have a good selection of product… But where they lack is customer service. if for whatever reason if you buy anything from them they will not warranty/​refund. I spent $ 170 on 2−16−15 on a new setup. By 2−18−15 the cloupor box caught fire internally and good thing i was around to catch it. Now i know total vape didnt design the device with the malfunction but they flat out refused to warranty, refund or exchange the item and said take it up with the manufacturer. They didnt even touch the box or care period. older man who runs the place don’t care about anything but the $$$.
I am done with this clown.

This place has really stepped up their game !
I have been going there for over a year now and seen them grow and grow into a great business with a huge selection of merchandise, pretty much whatever you are looking for as an advanced vaper or even a beginner these guys are fantastic and helpful with whatever your needs may be!
And if you are looking for juice I can almost guarantee that they will have it since their brand and flavor selection is immense.
