Super small, usually crowded, employees look extremely rushed but you’ll always find some cute stuff for good prices.

I like TJ Maxx for getting designer clothes at a discount along with the cool home décor items and small gifts. It’s hit or miss with what they will have since it’s passed on by the department stores. I came in to find a gift for a one-year old but didn’t find anything under $ 20 that looked cute. There is a lot of free parking.

I like TJ Maxx for the home goods selection. I can always find a good deal on cutlery, pots, china or storage for my kitchen. They have brand names and high quality items for less than retail. Not bad. I don’t shop here for clothing… I think the clothing demographic is outdated and unflattering. Not the greatest prices, either. The store itself isn’t as clean and or orderly as most«home goods», but it looks a lot better than Ross. Most of the time clothing isn’t properly sized, items aren’t arranged neatly and the clearance is always a mess. As for customer service, most employees have greeted me or acknowledged me in some way. The cashiers are always nice. There was however one occasion when a jewelry clerk avoided me at all costs. That was weird.

Lately I’ve found more stuff in the women’s clothes and they expanded the housewares section a little bit… AND there’s a Home Goods(sister company of TJ Maxx and Marshalls) a few stores down so anything TJ doesn’t have, as far as house stuff, you will most likely find at Home Goods.

I love getting bargains. I shop regularly at Marshalls, Ross & thrift stores. I think TJ Maxx may be my favorite of them all. I think in fact that I’ll be asking Santa for a TJ Maxx gift card for Christmas so I can go back & do some more shopping soon. Scored a cute Addidas hat, some lotion & a cute picture frame here today. I was tempted by nice socks, purses & jewelry. Clean bathrooms in the back of the store.

Not a big fan of TJ Maxx. Store is more organized than Ross but the prices are quite a bit higher. Did find a couple of cute bags at a good price but most stuff was overpriced. Will probably be another five years before I’m back.

I rarely shop in here. It reminds me a little between ROSS and Burlingtons. I bought my convertible backpack that also has wheels. The strap on my last one gave way. This one is slightly bigger and will fit all my travel office needs. That was my goal for today. I went everywhere and they really didn’t have a bag of this size still able to be a carryon bag for the airplane. My next trip will be the tell all if I bought the right thing. The store looked pretty organized. I bought some soaps here in the past that lasted me and I kid you not about 3 months. They have clothing and a lot of other stuff for men, women and children. I’ll go back when I have time or have a need to buy any new articles of clothing. Right now… I have plenty.

DISCLAIMER: This place is one big grab bag. Items literally change here daily, so if you don’t mind rummaging through the whole store you can spend hours which can be fun. I’ve bought some great stuff here, mainly luggage. Good Luck. This store is not for the faint of heart.

If it’s sometimes a hit or miss, this was a miss. Couldn’t find anything worth purchasing, and not really all that surprised given the area. Store was totally cluttered, and staff was totally uninterested in helping anyone. I give them two stars because they had many deals around the store, it was just on stuff I’d never buy in a million years.

There’s usually good deals here for the most part but sometimes it’s a hit or miss; like any store. But they do have good deals on household items.

Yeah that is right. Stay away. This place is a disaster. Clothes, toys, and kids everywhere. The employees are useless and the turn over rate is rediculous so they are constantly in training. I used to work here, for 2 weeks… yes, that bad. Don’t go.
