So two months ago I was brought in by an ad I saw on Craigslist advertising a must see 2000 Volkswagen Beetle. I went in for a test drive, talked to Bill (total scumbag) and everything seemed fine with it. I asked a little about the car, they told me they already ran tests and everything checked out great… plus the previous owner took very good care of it! I trusted them so I went ahead and put $ 2100 out of $ 2600 for a down payment. Bill was so rude about the amount I brought in! He was expecting $ 2500 and seriously was pissed I only gave him what I put down. Sorry Bill, I needed the other $ 300 for insurance…
Anyways…about a week and a couple hundred miles later the car broke down while driving on I-​5. The car wouldn’t start back up and I had to get it towed to an auto shop in auburn where we then found out the car needed a NEW ENGINE! Evergreen didn’t take any responsibility for the problem when they claimed to have tested the vehicle a week before this happened? They had to know it was about to blow. Now I’m stuck paying $ 2200 for a used engine. I will say that one guy (Ray) worked very hard trying to make things right with me and managed to get the labor cost added to my monthly payments but I don’t feel that I should’ve been responsible for the whole cost when I payed OVER Kelley Blue book value for it and after they lied to me to sell it! What a bunch of crooks!
DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING A CAR HERE AND INSPECT EVERY CAR HERE THOROUGHLY IF YOU DO!

I purchased a 2003 Infiniti G35 from this company several years ago. Was given the car fax and everything seemed to check out. There were some issues that they couldn’t explain like why the door locks didn’t work or why there wasn’t a front license plate. Over the years I put several thousand in repairs mostly in the electronics area. Most recent however when I went to replace the rear tires the shop asked me if the car had ever been in an accident because the front tie rods were bent. I told him not to my knowledge. Repaired it… went to trade it in yesterday and surprise the dealer did a more careful check of its background and there was an accident that was never declared to me. I can’t imagine the dealer didn’t know when they sold me the car that it had been in an accident. I feel like not only was I cheated, but they put me in danger. Be careful buying from them and if you do have a shop put the car under a microscope!

Okay… So I found my 06 Tahoe online and noticed it was on Evergreen’s lot.
Trying to be a «smart» consumer, I immediately looked at reviews. A good review was like a needle in a haystack. With that in mind, I decided to go look at the truck.
First, the lot is PACKED. There is not wasted real estate anywhere on that lot. Vehicles everywhere.
The salesman and coincidently was the sales manager, Bill showed me the vehicle. To start with, the truck’s battery was dead. I couldn’t even unlock the doors. We used the jump box and got the vehicle running. We allowed it to warm up while my wife and I thoroughly combed through this vehicle. It looked great.
We took it out for a test drive and was not disappointed. Smooth running. Clean interior. All the options. Clean Auto Check report.
When we returned to the lot, Bill told his mechanic to replace the battery. (Yes, it was a new battery)
Long story short, we bought the vehicle.
Good deal with our trade in.
In closing, I was concerned about the battery issue and asked if later, the issue was the alternator, what could be done? Bill told me they would put it in writing to replace the alternator if that became an issue… And they did. It’s been almost 3 weeks and the truck runs like a champ.
I have nothing bad to say about this place or it’s staff.

This is a great company. I had a Subaru with a blown engine and they help me replace the engine with no charge. My advice if you have a problem with your car take it back to the dealership not to another mechanic. This is a used car dealerships so expect to get a used car lol.

I bought a really good looking used truck from these guys. I was assured that it had been put through a multi-​point inspection and was in all respects in great condition. One month after purchase, the head gasket blew. The cost of the repair would have been so much that it was cheaper to put in a new engine. When I called, they were unconcerned. It seemed as if this kind of thing is a common occurrence with them. Don’t trust them!

People. I would not recommend this company. They seem shady and just want to take advantage of people and charge them more for the vehicles and for your trade-​in. In essence, they will try to charge you more, anything to make a huge profit. They also try to charge you excessive finance charges when they see you are hurting and trying to get into a decent vehicle with charging you appropriate interest rates And as for financing, they keep changing what they charge you. There must be a kickpack to them whatever you decide you accept. People, do your homework, get you own decent financing and do not patronize this merchant. You will thank me later.

Came here looking for a family car, my wife is pregnant so i needed something good on gas and small so I could commute to work. So I called and asked to come test drive the car the next following days. Not only did the car have higher mileage than advertised the car’s oil look like it had never been changed. And the car barely started after the associate claimed it needed a new battery. Making very rude remarks about my wife’s pregnancy saying things like are you sure it’s yours and wow she is really knocked up. Wouldn’t force my worst enemy to come to this place.

My experience is based on seeing an older car they had online, talking with one of their sales reps. by phone, and then having them fax me the CarFax report which indicated the car had failed its last emissions test. If you are an informed consumer who does your homework DO NOT GO HERE!
The car was priced way above the Kelley Best Blue Book suggested price, and while very clean inside, there was some obvious red flags that popped up during the engine inspection (evidence of rat droppings and grass) and drive test (steering wheel vibration at freeway speed). The spare tire was flat. The passenger side mirror had been replaced and was a different color from the rest of the car, but this obvious fact was never listed in the vehicle description online. PLUS the car had been in their possession for over a month!
Having all this information and sitting down to negotiate a deal THEY WERE TOTALLY NON-​NEGOTIABLE! There exact words were «This May Not Be The Right Car For You». Basically their attitude was buy the car at our listed price, or get out. They were not willing to reduce the price at all. They did not get any of our money!
With all the negative reviews they have, they probably don’t actually sell that many cars in a week to earn their keep, so they have to sell them at the prices listed. Two of the three representatives we had conversations with were cordial and polite, the other one was quite rude!

I will thank my stars that I did NOT buy my car here. I actually pulled in because I got lost looking for another dealership. Well, when I pulled in, I asked if they had the car I was looking for, and he shows me the only model they have, so I told them that I did not want the vehicle. I was very specific the whole time that I want leather heated seats. This had cloth seats, and it wasn’t even nice enough to make me reconsider. Well, I told him that I saw this particular vehicle advertised, and he said that it was probably the shop up the street… «But you don’t want to buy from them. They sell cheap broken cars, or cars that have been totaled.» Don’t tell me what I do and do not want to buy, but certainly don’t be unprofessional and badmouth a competitor in front of your customers. Don’t expect me to suggest this company.

These folks at this dealership are the reason used car salesman have such a horrible reputation. Thankfully, I didn’t buy my car here. Jesus took the wheel and directed me to Lexus of Tacoma. So I was driving by and saw a car that I liked on the lot and thought I’d stop and see how much it was and what it looked like on the inside. I believe it was a Acura TL that they had on the lot. While I was looking at the car this rather shady looking guy approaches me and asked what I thought of the car. I told him it looked nice but wanted to know how many miles it had on it. He said, «I think it’s about 60,000″ I told him that seemed pretty good and asked for the keys to turn the car on. He got them and I turn the car on and it has 140,000 miles on it. He kind of laughed it off as I shut the door and gave him back his keys. I asked him if that was the only Acura on the lot and he said that it was. He then said, „But I have a Saturn!“ I gave him a blank stare and said, „Seriously?“ He smiled and said, „Do you wanna take a look at it?“ I said, „Um no thank you. I’m kind of partial to imports“. He said, „Well Saturn’s are made in Japan“ I just looked at him and said, ‘Either you’re an idiot or you think I am. Saturn’s are made by GM». He said, «They are kind of in Japan». I left the lot at that point. So I hope that no one will purchase a car from this place because they are horrible.

Initially I gave these guys 5 stars, but have since changed my mind. They seemed like a great company, but after the sale we started having problems with Evergreen… not necessarily the car, but Evergreen the company. First of all they messed up on our paperwork and put the wrong VIN and mileage down, so we had to make a special trip back the next week to correct this. Mistakes happen… not a big deal. The thing that irked me the most was that when we were buying our car I noticed a little humming noise coming from the engine. We test drove on a Saturday afternoon and I said I wanted to take it to a mechanic on Monday to get checked out. Everything else seemed fine on the car other than this. Knowing this year of vehicle had known transmission problems, I wanted to check it out. Evergreen convinced us to skip the mechanic check and instead they would through in a 3,000/3-month power train warranty. Well a month later the transmission went out and we needed to use the warranty. Turns out that the warranty only covers $ 500…our transmission cost about $ 3500. Needless to say I was a little upset. I called, emailed and sent a letter to Evergreen about this, but have yet to hear back from them.
