All Right Auto Sales

They kept telling me: «we will take good car if you» «we will give you a great deal». I asked them to call me later that day about a question I had that they never answered. They never called. They offered me a whole 8 dollars of the listed price. Wow. So generously taking «care of me. «. They actually asked what I wanted to pay. Then tried to get my signature and came back with the same starting price. Hahahahahaha amateurs. Then the sales guy calls me FIVE days later. Asking if he can help. I said «you never answered my question that you said you would call me five days ago about «I also mentioned the truck was listed 4 – 5 thousand over Kelly blue book. He said «I’ll call you back in two mins. He never called back!!! Hahahaha no professionals working there. Sales guy is Yamen. RUN ! Two days later still have not heard from him.

RUN!!! This please is a joke!!! They will lie to you until you leave with the crap they sold you!

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is due to them getting us a loan… First off, buyer be VERY aware. Spend money to get a thorough vehicle inspection. When we went to the lot to look at a Tahoe, instantly greeted… was shown another newer model of a tahoe by Yamen… He gave us a strong impression that all of their cars are well taken care of due to them having a reputable mechanic on the lot who works for them. When we took the tahoe for a drive, indicator light was on and gas was completely on empty. Not a great first impression of the car AND «supposedly» they are keeping this car maintained… Decided to run the credit as we were interested in the tahoe (clean body, interior clean, drove nice and believed yamen that the engine was nothing to worry about). Was approved for a loan but decided to wait, and get the tahoe inspected first. I thought it was strange yamen recommend to get the vehicle inspection at Les Schwab, as they don’t check the engine (red flag)… took it to Buckys in Federal Way… Inspection came back with a list of things wrong. From belts needing to be replaced, oil leaks, coolant system needed to be replaced, steering problems. … Buckys said over a grand to fix the tahoe. My problem is, if All Right Auto supposedly has an excellent mechanic, why was there a list of problems? And remember the indicator light on and extremely low gas. no maintenance records for the tahoe… Also, if Yamen isnt %100 sure about the engine being in great condition, then don’t say that. Don’t give us an impression that all cars are well taken care of and there are no problems… dishonest and not upfront. I then told yamen thanks but no thanks. He then said he will take the list (that WE paid for, $ 80, and now have a hard inquiry on our credit) and they will address the issues, fix and sell to someone. About 5 min later, I get a call from yamen saying Buckys was trying to make a commission off of me telling me the problems with the tahoe were not a big deal and not completely accurate. He then said if they can fix all the problems, would I consider buying the tahoe… if thats the case, then great. But why not inspect the cars, fix all issues, if you have an excellent mechanic, before the cars are presented to potential buyers?! You can avoid situations like this and the other ones (the other bad reviews). Buyer, please do your homework. Don’t take their kindness for honesty. Why do people want to take a chance at screwing people over? Fix the damn cars, inspect them on a regular basis, ESPECIALLY if a damn indicator light is on… sell great cars to people. Why is that so hard? Very dissapointed in the whole experience and wished we would have had the car inspected BEFORE running the credit…

Sales guy Ishmel was cool at first then tried getting me for $ 5k down on a Denali so I backed out of the deal and he turned into satan after that. I went NWMS got me a new Tahoe for only $ 2500 down… Also he said I was approved for only $ 13k thru them went to NWMS got approved for $ 23k and only took 2 hours to get a deal done while it took 4 days for Ishmel to even layout a deal… beware of that salesmen Ishmel he’s all for himself & not for the customer! As for the owner Joe he was a great friendly guy!

Don’t buy from these people. I bought my car a little over a month ago and was told by less Schwab my rear brakes were metal on metal and needed to be replaced. Called dealership to have them look at it and the lady Shannon who helped me told me their mechanic just looked at it and my brakes were at 35%. That the grinding noise was dust due to the weather. What a joke. They won’t fix anything. Don’t but from them unless you plan on getting taken for a bad ride. They are all liars and don’t return phone calls or texts either. Stay away from here. Robert is the finance guy and he acts like your best friend then drops you as soon as you are out the door. Alex the sales lady is nice enough but she is just a bimbo selling cars. Pretty to suck men in and dupe them for sure.

I first went to all right in a desperate search for a reliable car to commute with to and from school, I ended up buying a honda civic, within a week the car started over heating and the once helpful chris (salesman) suddenly couldn’t remember the transaction after several referrals and messages i finally spoke to sheryl (some sort of manger) who instructed me to go to an auto shop in renton that said the car just needed a thermostat which was covered within two weeks the car started overheating again so i went to honda which said my thermostat had not been replaced and that i needed my radiator replaced so far i have spent 1200 repairing this car and I still have to pay 2000 for the head gasket to be replaced –now i find myself 4 months after purchase not only paying car payments insuarance and gas but also having to pay about 3500 to repair a car i bought for 6500. This dealership is HORRIBLE!!! please save yourself the stress and pursue another option

I bought a car a week ago and I’m satisfied! Shannon helped out with things the car was missing and I’m thankful she understood my situation with work and kids. Chris, who sold me the car, was also very nice and willing to help me find the right car for me! I’d make it 5 star, but that would mean there’s nothing to improve on… There’s always something to improve on

We went to this car dealer last couple days ago I we had designed to buy one car. unfortunately we found another car with some where out.
Chris his very helpful for us. Them do and deal everything for us. They hold the car and fixed the car for us but today I found the car I really like more at the another dealer and we going back to cancel car lone and them are so so nice they are nice enough to give our back deposit. And still being nice to us. We want to said apologize for any complications. Your guys done an amazing job.

I went there and they charged me $ 100 for a coolant flush and coolant change
After they were done I went out and checked my coolant and it was just as dirty as before when I first came in
I’ve heard story’s of people paying to oil changes or coolant changed and the so called mechanics
Say they changed it but the didn’t do anything
I didn’t believe it until I went to jiffy lube
They took $ 100 from me to
Look at my car and put dirty water into my coolant reservoir and call it good
HORRIBLE!!!

The best experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I went in after work because I needed a reliable car for my daily commute. My Sales associate was Mike and he was fantastic. He helped me pick out a great car that is fuel efficient and VERY clean. It took me really an hour for me to drive it home that day. Unfortunately I popped the passenger tire in the front because I hit a nail couple days later. Totally not the dealership fault but mike drove all the way to my driveway and put in air for me so I can get it patched up. He cares about the sales but also his reputation and treating his customer even after the sale. GREAT dealership and VERY recommend to stop by here and see Mike.

Awesome service and helped with finding a great car. Met all my expectations. Right when I walked in, got help right away, and they listened carefully to make sure I get the car I wanted. Coming here again for my next car.

Bought a 2010 VW GTI from ARAS and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I even had a wheel bearing go out a week after buying it and the owner helped me out with it.
